Food was normal McDonald food! Service was horrible I ordered a tiny happy meal and 3 people got their food ahead of me! My best friend went to see what was going on and we got blamed for saying we got our meal, when I have proof it was a different order number and the service was horrible! Will not be coming again!

Went there to get a large 10 piece nugget meal with a regular coke and had the fries missing, the nuggets were cold and stale and given the wrong soda. My fiance got a double quarter pounder meal large with a diet coke and he was given the wrong soda. It is very dangerous for someone with diabetes given a regular soda with all that sugar. They never get orders right and their food is always cold. Too many little high school kids working who dont care about anything but goofing off inside. Drive through lines are always long with a long wait just to place a order. Definitely dont recommend this mcdonalds for anyone.

Longest wait time of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter if there’s 1 person in front of you, it will somehow take them 45 minutes to make a single item. Half of their menu is usually unavailable and the dining room is never open. When it is, it’s absolutely filthy. This location should close permanently if staffing is such an issue. Instead of having three poorly run locations, downsize to one that actually functions.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever gone to.
I placed an order inside to dine in; they gave it to me to go, which I'm not even mad about.
However, I waited 12 minutes for my order - got cold fries and a cold sandwich.
Perhaps the worst part was the customer service.
If you're in Oshkosh, I recommend heading to any other restaurant - McDonald's is losing it's touch.

Just turn off some of your ordering channels if you’re that short staffed. I mean honestly. If you can’t make that many orders then management could at least make an attempt to control the situation. Who thinks it’s a good idea to make someone wait 45 minutes for something they ordered ahead of time? I would’ve preferred not being able to order at all if you can’t handle the volume. Awful management choices. I’m not even exaggerating, ordered at 12:18, arrived at about 12:40 (took my sweet time getting there because I know it’s lunch and it’s going to be busy), just now got home at about 1:18. Lowkey, kinda my fault for ordering McDonalds and having any kind of expectations.

Nice for a 24hr service lines can sometimes be a wait but overall decent i only go with a friend when he gets food i dont eat fastfood

We have stopped at this McDonalds many times. It is conveniently located on Jackson St. We have had good experiences ordering at the counter and using the drive through. The staff is friendly and competent. The food and treats we have order there have always met our expectations.

went to mcdonald’s on jackson st tonight. waited in the drive thru line, seriously, for about 25 minutes before my order was taken (there was one car in front of me and that’s it). i ordered 2 happy meals and 2 regular “adult” meals. the happy meals were fine, i got the bag for the rest of our food. literally half of my order was missing. i grabbed my receipt and went back into the store. it took another 8 ish minutes until someone “helped” me. the manager was VERY rude, uncooperative and in the end, i ended up leaving without my food… that i had paid almost $35 for… save your time. go to a different location. such a shame….

Waited in line for almost 25 mins for breakfast, as I pulled up watched the menu change, still took another 15mim to get food after paying. I get that it’s fast food but I thought I was at McDonald’s not taco bell
