I did curbside. It took over 20 minutes and I ended up having to go inside where I was completely ignored while I was waiting patiently for my order.
While waiting, I saw employees touching phones and then food. I saw them leaning on a counter that I had previously saw food on to play with their phone more. The same person handled meat from a box, touched the countertop and their phone, and had not washed their hands or used gloves. A gentleman who had braids that were not in a hat or hairnet that literally dragged across everything he touched and every station he went near. A backliner that left the backline, got lettuce and with an unwashed, ungloved hand, grabbing handfuls of lettuce to stock up, then continue to make someone's food.
Overall complete apathy towards everything. They prioritized drive through orders again and again while the curbside order sat and food for lobby was ignored or sat getting cold. There was zero leadership or communication happening. The only person doing any talking was the cashier who was ignoring customers to play with money with who appeared to be her friends from elsewhere.
When I did finally get my food, the wrappers weren't even enclosing the sandwiches. They had gotten ketchup everywhere. Way more mess than the single napkin in the bag could handle. It was cold. The large fry in there was also cold and only had enough fries in the carton to...maybe...equal a medium fry. When I asked why it took 20 minutes (yes, I was still being patient and kind) the young man shrugged, muttered a sound, and trodded off.
McDonalds wants to raise prices and employees complain about wages, but this disgustingly horrible experience shows exactly why they shouldn't and why the food and service isn't worth what they are charging.

Not pleased at all I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese add extra patty and they put the extra patty on the side even tho I didn’t say to put it on the side at all this is the first time this McDonald’s has screwed up my order also when I was waiting to receive my food I watched an employee just eating on the line in the window from my experience working fast food that’s not suppose to be allowed that’s why there’s a break room or a lobby for a reason not to be eating food while in the middle of a rush

2 chicken nugget meals, 20 nuggets and not a drop of sauce. Maybe we should stop worrying about getting everything in one bag, (our order had more then just the two meals) and spend more time making sure everything is in the bag...

We waited 20 minutes to receive our food then my grandson got a chicken sandwich instead of a cheese burger took them 20 more minutes to get us the cheeseburger. The place wasn’t clean and the workers weren’t wearing the proper clothes to be working. Not recommended to bring your family to.

This location is awful. Waited 25 mins in the drive thru for 6 piece chicken nuggets. That was AFTER ordering at the speaker.
