This is the worst McDonald’s in Oshkosh. I found a piece of brown / light brown short hair in my burger and I had to pull it out of the meat. Let me also advise everyone and say that I have medium straight black hair. Honestly this is the most disgusting and unsanitary McDonald’s I have ever been too. I highly recommend to not go to this McDonald’s and to avoid it.

This is the worst McDonalds location in all of Oshkosh and should be avoided. Drive-through orders are delivered at around 50% accuracy and the quality is short of average. Wait times are out of control. I just spent 30 minutes waiting for a breakfast sandwich and watched several vehicles behind me get serviced and leave while I waited for a simple order. I got out of my car to ask about it and I got attitude in return. I got a refund and left, as I was now late for my planned engagment.Im not going back to this location and I advise everyone to find another if you need McDs.

Dummy’s messed up our order in the drive through, then forgot my coffee and made us order it at the window, then forgot what food was ours at the second window. not to mention whoever took the order in the drive threw was borderline illiterate and shouldn’t be able to take orders.

Went there today was In drive threw for 10 min get to windows girl has no idea what she us doing has my order wrong I give her my card she said it not working I tell her try and swipe it. She called another kid he trys once tells her we need to get things moving and tells me I need a different card...I go over to Culver's card works just fine pleas train your staff and get you people up to speed!!

Ordered just a coffee. Instead of putting 3 packets of sugar in it they put salt in it. I came back later and told them it had salt in it not sugar. They gave me another coffee. This one also was salt instead of sugar. I told the employee at the window. He told me no way did it have salt in it because he made it himself. So Did someone put salt in the sugar dispenser? I don't know but I wont be coming back again after basically being told my lieing tastebuds must be wrong. By the way it was disgusting.
Burgers from Mcdonald are not what they use to be ! They're like white castle burgers size . The burger meat extremely to thin like white castle size on a giant burger .No bueno !!

I visited this location last Thursday morning to pick up breakfast. Unfortunately, they were having multiple staffing issues and were unable to fulfill orders without an explanation. They didn’t place a sign on the drive through speaker notifying customers of their issues. I walked inside and I could hear the fake manager Angelica yelling, having a temper tantrum, rudely cursing/yelling at Krissy and refusing to help her. What kind of manager yells at staff, refuses to provide assistance and disrespects customers?! The real manager was not present and Krissy was drowning trying to help customers to the best of her ability. I will not visit this location again. Angelica should not have her position, I witnessed her yelling and cursing at Krissy in my presence and she needs serous training or termination.
