We normally have great experiences at mineshaft but this time was different. Our waitress Katie S. was very unfriendly and cold. It took our food a long time to come out, we actually had to ask her where our food was. Our chicken needed to be cooked longer it was mushy and pink. Most likely won't be back for awhile. She wouldn't give us a discount or any coupons for the gross mistake on the kitchens part. COOK the CHICKEN LONGER! You are going to give somebody salmonella poisoning.

Breakfast not very good at all. Nothing compared to the Hartford location. Pancakes over done and bacon had no taste! Had the fish fry today. Perch was luke warm, tater tots were just warm. It was greasy. Waitress slow on coming back to table. You need to do better!
