Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our server was the absolute best! She knew we had to be somewhere and was the utmost accommodating! The food was delicious as usual and dessert was a bonus birthday treat!!
The lighting was a bit too bright, to cafeteriaish.....

Prices went up but service did not. I was seated by the staff to a table. The table had sugar spilled all over table. The waitress comes and I tell her and she just giggles. They take our order. I ordered a capaccino and yuk. Tastes like mocha with heavy amount of power on it. My husband got lasagna. Very good. Soup was good. I got chicken Alfredo which was fair. Not enough sauce. Looking around. They had a rug rolled up laying on the bench where people would sit. They had some old ugly plants on the ledge. They either overpay the cleaners or they don't have one. Filthy benches. Thick dust all over the top ledges. My waitress didn't have a happy moment until we were done. She came over just when we were about to leave and said have a nice day grabbed her tip and left. Lol. Hope they get better. Once you see that kind of service it's really hard to ever go back.

I have been a longtime customer of Olive Garden and visit quite often. The food here is delicious and clean, with a comforting “home-cooked meal” feeling. I would like to share my experience from tonight’s dinner.

Our server this evening was Kailey, and she truly did an excellent job. She brought each of us a small plate for the calamari, so I didn’t have to awkwardly lift the fried squid from the dipping bowl to my mouth and risk spilling sauce on the table. It has been a very long time since anyone has served us with that level of attention.

Many servers here tend to serve based on their mood. Something as basic as giving customers a small plate for appetizers—or even a little salad—is often skipped. I usually order hot tea, and sometimes I receive a pot of hot water to refill, sometimes I don’t. Some servers even refuse to give me hot water (I have no idea why). When I ask for more hot water, they snap back that I will have to wait for them to boil more.

But tonight with Kailey, everything was different. She took care of us thoughtfully and attentively. I felt completely satisfied and respected. Her service was appropriate, polite, and professional. She noticed the small things that make a dining experience comfortable.

For the price of the food I expect to be seated in a clean area. The greater was unfriendly. Definitely added this to the list of no return.

Was running late, my party was at the table and I asked to order my beer, server was rude and said it is against rule. I came in and was asked to show ID. What type of BS is it. Happened first time. Took forever to bring food. Not worth to visit this place.

Aryia was our server and let me just tell you, she was the BOMB. Absolutely loved her and she was so sweet and met above and beyond our expectations for serving!!

We walked in and were seated at 9:13 Pm, there were still several customers. We waited until 9:43 Pm and were never checked on or even able to order drinks. We ended up leaving without ordering because of it.

Unbelievable- we called ahead to set a reservation and were told it would be 20 minutes so we said we'd be there then. Once we get there, we were told we'd THEN be put on a wait list which was now 30 minutes wait. We have 2 toddlers- that kind of bs wrecks timing for their dinners. Got nothing more than a weak apology, and had to leave with a very upset kid. I heard the employee grumbling to another coworker when I called: this staff needs to learn to communicate better and give actual good information and service.

We had the best experience at Olive Garden thanks to our amazing server, Isabela! From the moment we sat down, she was so welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely friendly. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at the perfect times, and had great recommendations (the chicken alfredo never misses!). You can tell she truly cares about her guests — everything ran smoothly, and she made us feel right at home.

Isabela turned a simple dinner into such a fun, memorable experience. If you go to Olive Garden, definitely ask for her — she’s an absolute gem! 💯👏 What a queen. P.S she hooked us up on the chocolate ifykyk.

Had soup and salad first soup had a mystery chunk of something in it ? 2nd soup was minestrone completely tasteless and the salad was right out of the plastic bag from A commissary I have not been to Olive Garden for years now I remember why.
