They have a fireplace but it is never on! Cold in the seating area. Ordered one of the sandwiches with soup and was told they were out of bread. I asked what other bread they could substitute and the employee said they had no bread. Yet you could see bread in their mini bakery section. On another visit I had a chicken sandwich to which they stated they were out of cheese. Strange, but every time I go to Panera Oshkosh they are out of something. Seems like someone is dropping the ball on ordering food supplies for this location. The food is good, but staff seems confused and somewhat uncaring with customers.

We were traveling and placed an order online slightly ahead of when we would be passing through Oshkosh. When we arrived at Panera’s drive through, we let them know we were there for an online order and we were told to pull forward to the window. There was a car at the window before us. We waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes for the other car to get their food. We knew our order was ready, but we were trapped in the drive thru and couldn’t get out due to other cars in the line. Finally, my husband hopped out of the car and walked inside to pick up our order. Workers were standing around chatting, while the drive thru was now full of cars. Husband made it back to our car with our food, and we were still stuck in the drive thru line. It was odd to me that they didn’t ask the car in front of us to pull into a parking spot to wait for their food, when they knew cars behind it were there for online pick-ups. I had ordered a hot sandwich and it was luke warm by the time I got it. We won’t be stopping there next time we are passing through.

Close your drive through if you’re that understaffed!!! Waited 30 minutes in line and didn’t even get my food because when I left there were still 4 vehicles in front of me. 10 minute wait to order and then 20 minutes sitting after ordering. I had to ask two people behind me to back out so I could get out bc it’s one lane only. I could’ve sat and had dinner at a restaurant in the amount of time it would’ve taken me to get my food.

The Mediterranean veggie sandwich and squash soup were wonderful. The people were great. The dining room was filthy. It was a matter of finding the least dirty table. There were very few customers, so someone had the time to clean. I was going to get a cookie, but there were tiny flies all over the cookies, scones, brownies...

Very disappointed with my visit. The workers were rude and judgmental from the start. I ordered a grilled cheese, and it was served cold with thick, hard cheese that wasn’t even melted. When I asked for it to be remade, the employees complained about having to make a new sandwich right in front of me. Completely unprofessional and not the kind of service I expect from Panera. Definitely not happy with this experience.

Every time I come here I instantly free welcome and get greeted by all the employees who remember my name. Which is always nice. Makes you feel like your apart of the community even more. The quality of the food is always good and if something does get messed up it fixed right away with a sincere apology. The atmosphere is great. Everyone gets along and works together and there's never any bad vibes in the restaurant.
