Service was good. Food was good. But it was dirty! Had to really look fir clean table and under the benches lots of trash, bread, crumbs. Really don't know if I would eat there again!

Ordered delivery through doordash - asked for the "Toasted" Garden Caprese - recieved an untoasted mess of lettuce and balsamic vinegar - feels like Mom said "No, we're not stopping at Panera, we've got garden capreses at home"

Really unfortunate. sat down, ate my food, grabbed a box for my leftovers. while packing my leftovers i saw a bright orange hair at the bottom of my bowl covered in mac and cheese sauce. then had to walk out of the building and see the staff member who’s hair it was. very unappetizing

Terrible. After waiting 90 minutes for delivery, I called and was told if the order wasn't picked up by the 3rd party by the time they closed, they would cancel the order and refund. If they aren't going to provide their own delivery service, they shouldn't offer it. Now I wait for a refund.

Disappointed. It seems lately something is always wrong when we order. I always pull over to make sure we have right number of items because in the past side items have been missing. Tonight I arrived home to discover NO CHICKEN on my Asian Garden Chicken Salad. C'mon, I shouldn't have to open each item in my car to make sure every ingredient is included. I mean...toppings are one thing...but the chicken? Overpriced, small portions, and missing main ingredients. The quality and quantity has definitely gone downhill.

Received cold soup and asked if it could be warmed up. Was told to warm it up myself using the microwave at the drink station by the assistant manager. Wouldn’t have been so bad but I had to squat to do it :/

Ordered their onion soup and french dip steak sandwiches. The soup was cold, made with CHUNKS of onions and very salty. As for their steak french dipper sandwiches...dried out buns with NOT steak but roast beef that was overcooked and dry. Very disappointing meal to be honest.

This place needs new management. They do not pull cars when you just ordered a drink. Then when you are just getting a coffee and pull up they walk away. How can the coffee not be ready and waiting? The coffee subscription is a scam when you can’t even get the coffee! 12-9, Guess what went back again and couldn’t get coffee. Their machines have been down for 2 days? This place is a joke!

We ordered online and we arrived right on time but food was barely warm. I had to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes behind 1 car that had just ordered a big order. We were not able to get out of the drive thru due to the curb and grass area. No apologies for the inconvenience!! They could have at least had the car in front of us move up so we could get our food on time or tell us to come in and pick up so it didn’t get cold. Not the normal service you would expect.

Staff friendly and efficient! Quantity of food severely lacking! Kid size smoothy cup almost 7 dollars ( tasted good), soup quite goodbye sandwich had a very minimal amount of ingredients on it. Salad looked and tasted good. Over all NOT worth the almost 32 dollars paid.

This location always seems to have an issue with getting an order correct. Also, when they run out of items, they substitute without telling you, leaving you to figure it out after you’ve paid and left the store.
