This is at least the second time I ordered at night and I am very disappointed. My pizzas was uncooked and very doughy. Also, my wings were barely sauced and looked like chicken nuggets.

I have been ordering from here for the last 15 years or more and in the last seven or eight it has just been getting more and more Difficult to even just order the pizza. You try and ask them for their specials and they can’t get an answer until you play the 21 question game. You can’t understand half the things they’re saying because the One person answering the phone barely speaks English and when you ask them to repeat themselves, they start speaking ultra slow like you’re retarded or something. I love Papa John’s pizza but enough enough and I’m finally done. If you’re gonna have somebody answer your phones, make sure they actually can speak proper English And annunciate Properl!!!!!!!!!!! I’m all about giving everyone one equal opportunity employment. But this is America and we’re one of the few countries that only speaks one language so if you can’t properly speak that language, please stay off the phones. out of the last 10 times I’ve tried to call in order a pizza. I have only been able to successfully get a pizza three times. Call me stupid I just kept holding out Hope that they finally get it together, but I can’t take it anymore and I’m just gonna act like they don’t even exist from now on.

Order the pizza, waited 3 hours for it, my neighbor man met the guy at the car and he handed it to him which was already paid for, but it was cold! I won't be paying my card anymore, and I have no idea if he was tipped, or if he took it off of my card

Cooks were wearing gloves, and the 3 guts were swearing, and they brought garbage bags out through the lobby!!!!
Didn't tell us over the phone that they were only taking cards when we posted the order

The person that took the order didn't tell us that we needed to put it on a card until we got to the store and they didn't understand English to well either. I would advise other people to order somewhere else

So i just tried this out for the first time and this one locally. I ordered online ahead of time for pick up. When I got to the store there were 3 workers visible. No one greeted me, it took 5 minutes for someone to come up to the counter to finally see what I was there for. When the girl finally did it looked like she was around 12 years old my sons age. As far as the pizza it was very dry had almost no pizza sauce on it and the meat on the pizza was all near the top of the pizza by the crust. I will not be back and this was a very bad first impression. They have no electronic board menu it's all paper that looks like it was put up when the building was first made which has to be decades. This building needs an update. Their was no other customers in the store and I see why.

The pizza I had delivered tonight has eaten peppers in the box. Called the manager Austin with no refund or offer of help. Just a free pizza next time after I asked for a partial refund or something..... Eww
