I just wanted to give Willow in Menasha a shoutout. She was so sweet and did a great job. She told me all of the specials and made sure I was well informed. She even gave me the sweetest compliment that made my day. Great job, Willow!
Let’s be real — good service is rare these days. But at Parker John’s in Appleton, Tessa proved it still exists. She was quick, attentive, and actually knew what she was doing, which is more than I can say for most places. She made the visit worth it. definitely be back.
This was mine & my husband's second time at the Sheboygan location, and both times, they absolutely nailed it! All our food was delicious! Our waitresses were fantastic! Absolutely recommend this location!

Staff were personable and gave amazing customer service. The bartender was delightful. On another night, a server was sweet and took good care of guests; the food was good, cooked well and hot, and the peach cobbler was highly recommended. The all‑you‑can‑eat nights are delicious and customers are confident they won’t be disappointed. Servers are speedy, attentive, and answer questions quickly. After six years of regular visits, many customers say the service is the best in a long time and they will definitely come back.
