I ordered the Pitmaster Platter and I was very disappointed. The brisket was dry, ribs were not seasoned (needed salt) and mostly overcooked, andouille sausage was so salty I couldn't eat it at all, and the cornbread was dry and very crumbly. The only items that were good were the beans, quinoa salad, and the BBQ sauce. I would not come back again.
