Went to pizza hut gave them a 30 dollar order gave them a 1 hundred dollar bill said they could not take had no change so much for them making any money. Left and went some where else.

Didn't know that on weekends pizza hut uses door dash for their delivery. A simple order and they didn't get it right. Door dash says it's PHs fault and PH says it's DDs fault. A simple soda was all I wanted with my pizza, but nope. DD needs to look at the receipt for what they're delivering. Stupid! I want my tip back.

Update: it’s been five days and I still haven’t received my money in my bank account. I called the restaurant prepared to be all upset, but they were very kind and really helped smooth things over and are going to deliver my pizza and they gave me a credit. I would not recommend the corporate customer service, but the store customer service is good.

Last week I placed an order. I was feeling under the weather and I didn’t wanna get the rest of my family sick so I ordered Pizza Hut through the app. I got the confirmation. I’m about 45 minutes later I was told door dash would be picking up my order and delivering it. About 15 to 20 minutes later I got a text from The DoorDash worker with a picture showing the sign on the door, saying the store was closed for maintenance. I called the store and there was no answer. I called the other Pizza Hut in town and they told me they had no affiliation. I tried calling corporate and they have no customer service person. The money was charged to my account. So I’m trying to deal with this on top of Hangry kids, on top of feeling sick. I filled out every survey I could letting corporate know what happened. I heard back from Wendy. She said they’re trying to get the store in order and she asked if I would accept a credit. I decided to go ahead and give them a chance. A few days past and I decided to go use my Pizza Hut credit and guess what? the store was closed again! I sent an email to the corporate lady telling her I wanted my money back right away. She emailed me the next day saying I needed to call the store and talk to somebody about getting a refund. I should not have to jump through 1 million hoops to get my money back for a product that was not delivered. When I call the store to get my money back, I was told they would look into it after serving dinner. It’s currently 3:40 PM.

If I could rate 0 I would. I placed at order at 1:37pm. I then received my confirmation text. And the one stating door dash would be delivering my order. I check it not 5 min later and the door dash link tells me it was canceled. I tried to call the store and no one answers unless I want to place an order of course. I wait on hold for hours to see what's going on and the tracker says order received but not changing at all. I call ap there store just to see if they could help me in any way and they called this store and they also go no answer. It is currently 3pm at the time of writing this and not only have I not been able to get ahold of them I've been. Unable to cancel even if I call and hit the button to order food they just transfer me to wait forever. So at this point if I get a notice that this is being delivered I will not accept it and send it back to the store. I'm not one to contact corporate but this time I did. I love pizza hut normally but unfortunately at this point I've had to go to domino's. It really is no wonder why the store is failing.

Genuinely awful red sauce and pizza. Containers that are way too big for the amount of pasta they give you. Bread sticks that literally have the taste and texture of greasy white bread straight from the loaf.

Not to mention being asked to tip three times when I ordered take out and picked up the food from the inside myself. What would I be tipping for?

Pizza hut used to be good. Sad.

We are visiting this town overnight and ordered pizza hut at 9pm an hour before closing and we are still sitting here at 10:41pm waiting for our food to be delivered!! We called twice and the last time at 10:30pm they said the driver got lost at his last delivery?? Why didn't the guy in the store hop in his car and deliver our pizza 6 miles away so we don't have to wait 2 hours to eat?? This meal should be a gree dinner since we are starving here waiting for them!!!

Don’t ever order delivery from this location it will take your money and they will make your order just to leave it sit at the store for over an hour just for you to call and find out they don’t have a driver working today food was not fresh by the time they got DoorDash to deliver it and this is not the first time. Terrible customer service. If I wanted or could make carry out work I would have don’t offer delivery if you cannot adequately provide that service.

We came in on a Sunday night around 4:30pm We sat down. An employee yelled loudly to the back we have customers who apparently do not know how to read! We looked around for signs no signs anywhere. Went up to the counter, because no one came over to talk to us and we found out they were closing at 5:00pm it was 4:55pm! They are suppose to be open until 7:00pm.
Extremely disappointed in basic human decency. No Real Words to Describe How Shocked We All Were With Such Disregard for Kindness!

While I’m at it. We came in another time, they actually CHARGED us for WATER!!

First time ordering from here the other day. It asks you were the person should set the pizza when you come pick it up for curbside. I instructed to put it on my passenger side. The guy rudely brought it over to the driver side. I advised him that I mentioned in the app, I said passenger side. He opened the door, basically threw the food on the seat without care, it slid about. Then he barely closed my door. He had to come back and open and close my door again. He wasn't very friendly at all. I'm so sorry for inconveniencing you, dude.

Tonight, we tried ordering on the app. It charged our card, but then the app was stuck. It was spinning and spinning. I called the store to ask what's up. The lady said she'd check, I sat on hold with their same 15 second loop music, messaging and the chick never came back. I waited on the phone for 8 minutes while she was checking it out. I called back again to talk to someone else, a guy this time and he was going to transfer me to the manager after I asked for the manager. He had me on hold for over 6 minutes.

People, this is pizza, this is customer service, it's NOT that hard!

Pizza Hut had really gone down hill for awhile, but with the melts and the personal pan pizza's, personally I like the crispy crusts direction again, back to how it was in the 80s and 90s.

I order online usually and have never had any issues and the food has been great, for the price, it's been worth it every time. typically order once a month.

We placed an order online. My son went to pick up our lunch. The door was locked. The guy who answered left him on hold for 14 minutes. I called the other store, they called and got no answer. The store is now saying it’s closed. No refund. No food. Literally nothing.
