Genuinely awful red sauce and pizza. Containers that are way too big for the amount of pasta they give you. Bread sticks that literally have the taste and texture of greasy white bread straight from the loaf.

Not to mention being asked to tip three times when I ordered take out and picked up the food from the inside myself. What would I be tipping for?

Pizza hut used to be good. Sad.

I ordered delivery at 8:20pm my food was here in 30 minutes, and it’s Friday.

We are visiting this town overnight and ordered pizza hut at 9pm an hour before closing and we are still sitting here at 10:41pm waiting for our food to be delivered!! We called twice and the last time at 10:30pm they said the driver got lost at his last delivery?? Why didn't the guy in the store hop in his car and deliver our pizza 6 miles away so we don't have to wait 2 hours to eat?? This meal should be a gree dinner since we are starving here waiting for them!!!

Don’t ever order delivery from this location it will take your money and they will make your order just to leave it sit at the store for over an hour just for you to call and find out they don’t have a driver working today food was not fresh by the time they got DoorDash to deliver it and this is not the first time. Terrible customer service. If I wanted or could make carry out work I would have don’t offer delivery if you cannot adequately provide that service.

We came in on a Sunday night around 4:30pm We sat down. An employee yelled loudly to the back we have customers who apparently do not know how to read! We looked around for signs no signs anywhere. Went up to the counter, because no one came over to talk to us and we found out they were closing at 5:00pm it was 4:55pm! They are suppose to be open until 7:00pm.
Extremely disappointed in basic human decency. No Real Words to Describe How Shocked We All Were With Such Disregard for Kindness!

While I’m at it. We came in another time, they actually CHARGED us for WATER!!

First time ordering from here the other day. It asks you were the person should set the pizza when you come pick it up for curbside. I instructed to put it on my passenger side. The guy rudely brought it over to the driver side. I advised him that I mentioned in the app, I said passenger side. He opened the door, basically threw the food on the seat without care, it slid about. Then he barely closed my door. He had to come back and open and close my door again. He wasn't very friendly at all. I'm so sorry for inconveniencing you, dude.

Tonight, we tried ordering on the app. It charged our card, but then the app was stuck. It was spinning and spinning. I called the store to ask what's up. The lady said she'd check, I sat on hold with their same 15 second loop music, messaging and the chick never came back. I waited on the phone for 8 minutes while she was checking it out. I called back again to talk to someone else, a guy this time and he was going to transfer me to the manager after I asked for the manager. He had me on hold for over 6 minutes.

People, this is pizza, this is customer service, it's NOT that hard!

Pizza Hut had really gone down hill for awhile, but with the melts and the personal pan pizza's, personally I like the crispy crusts direction again, back to how it was in the 80s and 90s.

I order online usually and have never had any issues and the food has been great, for the price, it's been worth it every time. typically order once a month.

We placed an order online. My son went to pick up our lunch. The door was locked. The guy who answered left him on hold for 14 minutes. I called the other store, they called and got no answer. The store is now saying it’s closed. No refund. No food. Literally nothing.

I had a number of students earn their Book It pizza certificates. They had all of my pizzas ready for pick up for lunch and provided a cooler bag for me to take as well as plates, napkins, and some free breadsticks. Thank you for supporting reading! They said it was the best day ever!

Growing up we loved pizza hut stuffed crust pizzas. Me and my sister order a Hawaiian stuffed crust pizza Saturday. We were disappointed on how very little cheese that was put on it. We had more sauce and crust showing then they use to put on the pizzas. Also I didnt see Canadian bacon on the pizza unless they changed the Hawaiian pizza. There was pineapple like usual and seem like they put chunks of ham on it, didn't taste like Canadian bacon which is usually thin slices in triangle form. The best part like always was the stuffed crust. We were very excited for the pizza til we were disappointed on what we got.

Hands down one of the worst pizzas of my life. This place has really gone in the dumps. Had to wait 5 minutes for anybody to even come inside to serve us It was clear the two kids working were all back smoking by the smell when they came in.
Our pizza was so burnt the pepperonis were curled up and yellow The pizza was rock hard and they could care less.
The wings were literally mushy It was disgusting.
Very little oversight this place has gone downhill and this is a repeat problem here. Yesterday was the last straw, won't be back.

Just price is only bad part.

Was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to not only did it take forever and then our pizza was not what we ordered! The girl was extremely rude!! If I could give it a -10 I would! We will never go back!!!!!
