This place is so messed up , I ordered 3 pizzas , they sent me to a call center , when it came time to pick them up , we were there for 20 minutes because the " call center" got the name wrong , then 1 of the pizzas had the wrong sauce on it and when I called back I was told , " oh well , I didn't take the order so I can't do anything to fix it" . Great job people you've effectively come up with a new way to screw people out of money!!

Pizzas were very good. Service was a little ehh. But then got much better. It was cold and dark in the restaurant.
We went for the lunch buffet around 1. They didn’t refill our sodas and the pizza was hard, like it was sitting for a while. They eventually came around and asked us if we wanted anything and we told them then they said they could only do breadsticks.

Worst order I've had in a while. Ordered the big New Yorker . It came with raw dough, under cooked sausage, drenched in sauce. I received the order from koeller street Pizza Hut in oshkosh. Received the pizza with the box half open and late. Very disappointed and so are my kids. We only are able to order out once every other month.

While I have had pizza from that establishment before one of your drivers, Steven, helped give my car a much needed jump start in the Pick n Save parking lot. That act of kindness just earned you guys a new loyal pizza customer.

Had a day trip to Appleton, and were hoping to find a Pizza Hut with a dine in option on the way home, and we luckily came across this place. You order and pay at the counter, grab drinks purchased, and they bring plates, silverware, napkins and eventually your pizza out on a board with pizza server. It was a great experience. Thanks so much for having dine in as an option.
Delivered by a 3rd party but the customer wasn't informed by the time the order was completed by customer. Two different delivery time given to customer. Slightly luke warm to cold pizza delivered. Doordash did not use hot/warm bag when delivered.

I'm not sure how most places run without staff but here we are .took forever to order at the counter the chick didn't even say hi so lack of customer service right there. Ordered our food the lady didn't speak loud enough to tell us the price . Even after we asked. Sat down dining room was dirty every table. There were only 2 people before we ordered. Nobody is working besides making pizzas.weridest pizza hut I've ever been too. Will not come back or order from them again.

Yesterday I ordered Pizza Hut for the first time in years. It was so good and delivered so crazy fast that I can't understand why it was so long since our last order!! Quality was spot on and the delivery driver got it to us so fast that it was still almost as hot as if it had just been pulled from the oven!!
