The food was delicious when we ate inside. It would have been a little better if the floors were clean but the food was good. The next time we tried take out for dinner from pizza ranch and the food seemed old and not fresh. After paying online and getting in to pickup, the cashier told me I owed around 20 dollars. I said I had paid online already and can show the receipt, he then agreed and let me have our food. Definitely could have been a glitch. Overall my family likes pizza ranch, and our experiences have been better eating in house.

The manager was super rude to us, about my food allergies to start. then when my food came with a sauce that didn't compliment the pizza (the GF menu didn't have ingredients) he gas lit me and tried to make me pay for a new pizza :(

My fiance and I came there to eat today. We seen that pizza ranch posted happy hour from 2pm to 4pm with the buffet being only $9.99. The guy at the register was very rude to us when we brought it up. I wasn't very happy. I believe with running a restaurant if it is posted like that somewhere online and coming from you guys I believe it should be accepted. If you don't honnor it anymore then it should be removed. I am not really happy about it.
Was there as a guest for a party of about 20 on 12/21/24. Very little pizzas out..I had two slices..they brought one pizza out at a time..I would think they would always have pepperoni, sausage and cheese pizzas out, but not here..soda machine and ice machine was not working. So drink choices was warm water or tea. They did end up getting the soda working for a little while, than it went down again..they should have ran to Walmart and bought cases of soda. So for $16 I had two slices of pizza, piece and half of chicken, warm water and a soda. Just heard from the person who had the party. He said the manager couldn’t do anything for him. Guess I know why I haven’t been to PR in years and won’t be going back..pathetic..ps, felt bad for the young gal who was in charge of our group

Ordered food for take out around the holidays. Pizza is over an hour late. Order was missing 2 out of 4 pizzas, it was cold, and customer service to get it resolved was not forgiving or respectful. Think again be for you choose them.
Today I went to the restaurant and it was a whole mess, but the waiter I think that his name was Sergio, he was an absolute monster, he was in everything he was helping here over there and he was being to good, I order a pizza and it didn’t came to my table, he ask for it and a minutes later he came with the pizza he apologized, that guy definitely deserves a raise and a better position, I thought he was a manager but he said I’m just a simple waiter his aura was full of happiness and he make me forget about the mess in the pizza buffet that it didn’t had pizza, I hope that they fix the lack of staff 😔😭
