I was in Potbellies a few weeks ago and was greated by the manager Madeline. She was really nice. As they were preparing our food she had mentioned that our food would be fresh as they were making it on time with our online order. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is great! We will be ordering from here again soon. Keep up the great work your doing over there!!

They make wonderful sandwiches (Mediterranean our fav) each and every visit. The staff is always friendly and provide great service. Thanks guys for make Oshkosh our favorite Potbelly in the world!! 😉

It was maybe 65 degrees outside I walk in and it is absolutely freezing inside this restaurant. They had the AC going full blown. I was actually shivering while paying for my food. Please keep the restaurant at a reasonable temperature. There is no need to have it as an ice box.

I had the pizza melt and the meat in the sandwich was so salty could not finish it and i did take out. It was disgusting. It was no even worth the money I paid for it. Will NEVER come back. In this day when everything is so damn expensive they need to check their products. No doubt they will answer with some excuses.

First time experience here was amazing. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the staff. Shoutout to the big dude with the piercings and tattoo's at the Cash Register. There was a misunderstanding on my part about a coupon and he was super understanding in explaining to me how it worked. Appreciate him.
