The food was extremely dried out and cold, they rushed us through without making sure we received all of the ingredients we wanted. They were not busy, but running short on everything, and all of the meats had been sitting there for quite awhile, along with the queso which had a film on it. Very dissatisfied. Should have went to Taco Bell. It was a waste of $30.

I ordered for delivery and there was only about half the food than I usually get. There wasn't even enough to cover my rice. I was very disappointed because I love the food.

Well they took the word “a lot” literally.. my boyfriend went and picked up a chicken bowl for me and asked for a lot of cilantro and the lady dumped no joke an entire bin on it… I’ve never been dissatisfied with this place nor do I leave reviews but this was genuinely so disappointing especially with how expensive this place can be for fast food. Idk if she was just having a bad day or what but she even made the comment “cilantro bowl” to the person working on the register. Please just do better and think “would I want my food this way”.

They never wrap the burritos. They always throw them together wrap it up in aluminum foil and then they fall apart immediately when it comes out of the aluminum foil. Don’t expect them To wrap burritos for you. And don’t give me a sorry from corporate. Do better, chipotle doesn’t have this problem and yes I will be going there from now on. I’m done with Qdoba

Horrible service immediately when I walked in the guy making the food was rude..stated oh I got a really big order yours is going to be delayed.. steak was charred and hard.. bowls were meagerly filled .. basically tried to hand someone else my order ... As far as Qdoba experiences this was worest I have ever had ... Not recommending this location ...overall would have gotten better service next door at McDonald's ..
