Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was terrible . chicken tenders were the nastiest thing i’ve ever seen and tasted awful, our order was messed up and the fries were disgusting . Drinks are no good and way overpriced . haven’t been to a red robin in about 10 years and don’t think i’ll ever be going back.

Waitress kind of went missing when we needed drink refills, I don't think it was her fault, she was busy, seemed a little understaffed. Food was good as always.

Service is pretty good for the area however I’ve tried to eat their twice now once i tried the BBQ nachos and the second the garlic boneless wings both times the food tasted off and the wings actually tasted kinda like really greasy fried fish to the point grease was actually dripping out of them when forked
The nachos were not awesome and taste like really cheap sauce and cheese

I had the reds tavern burger but it did not have a lot of taste. I ordered onion rings and got 5 I believe and if I order again I will order all different items. The onion rings were not all that good no flavor to them.

Prices are up and quality is down. $16 to $18 for a mid burger is way too much, and the fries taste unseasoned. Really disappointing experience.

We haven't been here in a long time, in part because of a couple bad experiences, but it was great this time. Jeff was the best waiter I may have ever had. He handled so many tables (all with kids because of a school fundraiser) and the glasses all stayed full, the food was fast and he did it all with a smile 😃 My daughter loved the dragon fruit sparkler!
