I love the Peanut butter power. This is my favorite coffee place. I used to go here every other day until I was handed my coffee by a Vampire girl with blood dripping everywhere down her face and neck. It was really inappropriate.... I don't want to see that. I just want coffee not my kids exposed to a scary bloody worker...

I had a situation with my order today and I made a complaint online. Within minutes, Ed called me and left a message apologizing and said he would be looking into it. It was nice to see he made it right and know that he would work to prevent it in the future! Definitely made Scooters my go-to for my morning pick me ups!

Stop before shopping, after an appointment or meeting up with a friend, Scooters always is welcoming and has great personal service by all the Class A employees! The Hot Coffees are delicious and really are served Hot! My favorite is the MOCHA LATTE, Delicious as are all their Scooters Coffees!

We stopped in at few months ago. There was 3 of us, 3 pastries and 2 drinks. Right behind us was a group of 10 people. So unfortunately a couple of our items were forgot. This is where their manager went above and beyond. He noticed we were waiting and asked what was forgotten, he then prepared those items himself immediately. Before we left he came to our table, apologized and gave us vouchers for free drinks the next time we come in. He and his staff are top notch and whenever we're going through Oshkosh we find an excuse to stop at this location!
