I placed a mobile order (or so I thought) before work the other day, after waiting a few minutes one of the baristas said they didn't see an order placed with my name. And sure enough I placed it for the wrong store. I was on my way to work and I thought I was just going to have to go without getting coffee but another one of the workers (possibly a manager?) was so amazing and made my drink for me right away. It was a great drink and made my day a whole lot better!

I went during EAA call are beasts. Serve was great. I had a limp and they offered to bring my drink to me. I wanted to try one of the new menu items off the secret menu. You were out of one ingredient. But you made up for it. Was amazing and you wrote down the recipe for me to take to other stores since I'm not from the area!!
I can't say if it was a good buyer or not because my brand new friend bought me a tea with lemonade and honey and it was really delicious I wish I could remember what the name of it was

I've visited many Starbucks and in the past have visited this location many times. It has been quite sometime since I found my way up north and I do say I was disappointed in the remodel of the store. It felt very cold and not very welcoming. Service was mediocre, not greeted when I walked up to the counter. It seemed like they were more interested in the drive thru customers then the customers who wanted to stay for the experience. Drink was not very hot, I did tell them and they did make it over.
Parking: Its a smaller location next to another store so they share the strip mall lot.
I find it unacceptable to have six employees behind the counter and not one of them can acknowledge you for 10 minutes. Zero acknowledgment that I was standing there. I get they are busy, but there’s no excuse not to say a simple hello.

It’s been a hit or miss here lately. I ordered a venti mocha cappuccino and got this. I’ve had get them remade probably every other time I come here

This is what I ordered-Teavana Jade Citrus Mint Green Tea, Steamed Lemonade, and Honey. I LOVE Starbucks medicine balls when I am sick. Sat in the drive-thru line for at least 30 minutes, excited to get my delicious tea. I finally got it and needed to let it cool down some. I got home, snuggled into my blankets and took a sip of my tea. Ugh yuck. That was not the Jade Citrus Mint Tea, steamed lemonade and honey. Looked at the order label and it said Jade Citrus Mint Tea.. looked at the tag on the teabag-Chamomile Mint blossom. Bleh, has a bad after taste. Am I going to drink it? Yep. Waited too long in line and paid too much to just throw it out. Sick and disappointed. 🤧🥺
