“June 21st Wednesday 2023 at 8pm.i don't know the person's name but it was great service it was a girl .she looked to be around her 20s and the only one working I didn't see anyone else.the sub was fantastic and the service was great.thank you“

“A team leader from another store was in helping out with orders because other employees weren’t scheduled I came in on Thursday around 1230-1245. She handled it well plus the associate that worked. I didn’t wait long and they gave me great customer service while staying focus on the online orders 👍great job ladies“

“Read the “not so good” reviews of this subway but still gave it a chance because my hotel was right behind it. Visiting this shop at 1200 on a weekday I expected a line. There was only one employee here doing everything. He was visibly concerned with the anount of people in line but he kept calm and remained courteous. I overheard him say he was on his own till 2pm due to shortage of employees. He was apologetic to everyone for the wait. He provided a quality sandwich in the appropriate amount of time during my order. Give the guy a break, he just needs good people to behind him.“

“I had placed a phone order with Ali for a platter pick up for the next day. She did a great job of walking me through all the options and repeating back to me my order to make sure we had all the items we needed for the event. The next day Adrian called to confirm the order, time of pick up and if there was anything else I needed. Both employees were polite, pleasant and easy to hear and understand on the phone. Adrian did a great job of having our order ready on time and nicely packed into the bag so it was not hard to get everything out in one trip. Thank you very much for a great meal! We will definitely be ordering a sub platter from your store again!“
