Gave me wrong sandwich didn’t offer me anything drive all the way home and have to come back here I’m suppose to be in Neenah huge waste of time! No cookies and no apologies or anything not to mention employee seems faded out and extremely slow. Horrible experience horrible leadership. Spare yourself the disappointment and go to a different subway because this one sucks! Crapiest subway I have ever been to my entire life!

Subway is good but you don't get enough meat for the bread you have to pile more topping just to make it a bit better and then you more so eating bread and topping with little taste of meat. Please add more meat to fit the

Cha and Phu were such excellent representatives of Subway. There was a big line and they were just as friendly and nice to everyone and patient. They did an excellent job of doing the orders.Parking: Very easy access to the store

Friendly staff, clean tables, fresh breadWheelchair accessibility: They have 2 tables by the entrance that are wheelchair accessible. There is no ramp or step to get into this subway. Getting through the door was a bit tricky with pushing the wheelchair through with q hand and holding the door open with the other.

When you go to a Subway, you don't expect anything but fast food in the form of a sub. It's in the name. I decided to go to this particular store because I have a bunch of coupons. The state of the store hardly drew any concerns or praise apart from the bathroom doors as I prefer push to exit bathroom door for sanitation concerns. The quality of food is consistent as expected and as fresh as store bought ingredients. There was a shortage of bread a few days before this review, although I will not deduct points for something like that unless the store was completely empty on any form of bread and made my sub a salad. So what's the issue? The two stars goes to the atmosphere of the place. You'll notice this first when stepping into any food service. The employees here can do their job correctly but there is inconsistent effort explaining which ingredients cost extra. At the day of typing this, I recently went to this location for a half sub for $3.49. What I didn't know was extra cheese costing me $4.08 with the coupon as it was the same sub as yesterday morning. This caught me by surprise, especially since this state has more cheese than oxygen. I wasn't informed I'd be charged extra. I instead have to cough out the extra change, and this is not something a good business does.
They dindt have the cheese I wanted n up charged me for the same kind of cheese unshredded.
