Such a disrespectful and so unprofessional experience, the girl in the drive thru with her headphones on was extremely rude , I was simply picking up an order, I was only 4minutes late but I don’t control when I get the order, if I was able to get the order earlier then I would but she didn’t have to talk shit. I’m pretty sure she got mad because she wanted to keep the food for herself but regardless that’s not how you treat another human being.

Did not acknowledge me. Completely ignored me very poor customer service. When confronted they used being busy as an excuse the food was sitting right in front of you me and no one could help waited 5-10 minutes longer than I needed to.

They need to train their drive thru staff to actually listen to the customers before cutting them off and taking the complete order! Hey just a thought maybe they should ask if there is anything else the customer would like! Oh the also need to be held accountable for not listening instead of telling the customer that it’s not the staff’s fault!! If I could leave a zero for this location I would!!! Staff is Very Rude!!!!!

Came in, and im a typical regular, once a week. The staff wasnt overly busy, and probay over staffed for the evening. There were some kids using the kiasks, and were taking an excessive amount of time. A gentleman came up to the counter to be helped. I waited behind him. His order was taken promptly, and then the clerked looked at me and immediately walked away, and said nothing. I asked if i could have my order taken and she blatantly ignored me. The manager was busy with the to-go orders, which is usual. I can understand that, which is why i chose a review rather than to distract him with trivial nonsense. This was sunday evening around 7:45-8pm.

Went here for a quick meal & after I ordered at the kiosk I waited for longer than I was expecting, about 15 minutes. The rice bowl was very poor tasting & they served undercooked rice. I do not recommend getting the rice bowl. The other food I ordered was ok.
The service here is almost always outstanding, but at least very good. The food is okay. They are one of the few places open late.

we usually have bad service on the other side of town so we go to the Jackson Street location because it is better however we had a horrible experience this time and they completely remade all of our food fresh with no problem and no questions asked. Savannah and briar are absolutely awesome! Thanks so much for making it right! And happy Fourth of July.
