we usually have bad service on the other side of town so we go to the Jackson Street location because it is better however we had a horrible experience this time and they completely remade all of our food fresh with no problem and no questions asked. Savannah and briar are absolutely awesome! Thanks so much for making it right! And happy Fourth of July.

I go there for a drive-thru a lot and the late night crew always kills it here. I can see them through the window running their asses off and they almost never make a mistake! You guys do a great job and tonight with no exception the line was just about around the block and you guys were running like crazy but I didn't even wait that long

I am heavily disappointed. I was starving, so excited to crack open my favorite. (A cheesy bean and rice burrito) and was left absolutely heart broken biting into a crunchy ass burrito. This rice is HARD and I am beyond disappointed. Taco Bell. Do better.

Gonna start off by saying... It's taco bell, not a gourmet fancy dining establishment. As far as taco bells go though, this one is pretty great. Never had an issue with my orders here. Always correct and fast.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location couldn't get orders right to save a life. Food always looks like an angry toddler assembled the orders and then got mad and threw it in the bag. When asked by the customer if everything was indeed in the bag was givin a rude "It's in there" and a ugly look. By far the worse experience I have evee had with a taco bell.
They had great food before but now ever since they got rid of their breakfast it’s all terrible food and yea even their lunch used to be so much better but now it just sucks and this goes for all Taco Bell places

How many times can you guys mess up my order!!!!! I am tired of going here everytime I go here my order messed up actually honestly it's just every damn taco bell in general! I might as well make a taco at home!

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a grilled cheese burrito. The cheese wasn't even melted and the contents were falling out of the burrito. Went to raise my concern and was told there is nothing they can do for me unless I get back in the drive thru. At the time almost 10 cars deep... was not waisting any more time. The staff there was rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this location

So like it's a taco bell and I won't pretend this is high dining or anything, but Jackson Street taco bell is like... what we all want our taco bell to be. It actually tastes good and is made right most of the time, I've only ever had one order messed up here. Just wanted management to know that these folks deserve some love for what they do every day because they straight up do not miss
