Can't seem to get the concept of the item I order for one of my kids. They ALWAYS mess it up. And one occasion an employee tried to tell me what I was ordering made no sense financially. Even though I know for a fact it's the cheapest alternative.

So I ordered 2 soft shell tacos and one small Baja Blast. At First, they charged me for three Baja blast, and then we went up to the window and said that we didn’t order three but then they changed it to Three hardshell tacos, and a large Baja blast. The communication skills aren’t that great unfortunately but I still love the food.

This is the best Taco Bell in the Fox Valley! Employees are always friendly and food is always hot. After 5 years of eating here religiously, they finally messed up an order... Still get 5 ⭐ from me.
As someone who recently worked in food service for 8+ years, this is just outta pocket. Get better workers as you can tell this was done intentionally. Why did I wait at the window for 10 minutes if you guys are just angrily smashing the food? What took 10 minutes about that? An absolute shame humanity has come to the point we aren’t even capable of the most simplistic bare minimum jobs.

I have never had a potato taco so lovely, I swear to you they deserve some sort of award for this. Truly, the amount of potato is delectable and the sauce to potato ratio is genuinely divine. I thought perhaps it was a one off but no I went back and once again, perfection.
Ordered dinner multiple items with no lettuce or tomatoes. However they made everything without omitting the vegetables the way I ordered it. I ordered on the app. Which has all items customized how I wanted. They failed to provide what I ordered. as simple as no tomatoes or lettuce is.

This location is always very clean and fast service. However I have had issues with forgotten items on numerous occasions which is very frustrating, when you get home and are ready to eat. Just double check your order before you leave!

3rd time in a row drive thru missing items. Not to mention every taco shell smashed into 100000 pieces. Kids in the kitchen messing around like it’s a high school prom. Thinking food service is just fun and games. Never again. I tried to give them a chance. Piss poor.
