I am highly disappointed. In the snow storm today, my husband stopped at taco bell to grab us a late lunch. He ordered me a chicken burrito. After driving 30 mins home, I realize they gave us a bean burrito. The burrito had refried beans, tomato and lettuce. I called taco bell to let them know and no one would answer. It's snowing so bad, we can't just go drive 30 mins to have the order fixed but for my calls not to be answered either, it's frustrating.

The food was probably the best we have ever had at Taco bell with there being a good amount of things inside each of the 8 different items we bought! Great job & why can't it be this way every time!
Got my whole order wrong, were so rude when giving me my order just because it was a bigger order. And proceed to make us then wait outside in the cold cuz Lobby was closing because they got our order wrong and had to remake it. Ridiculous.

Last time I went to Taco Bell, I ordered 3 Doritos loco taco meal. Was given wrong soda, no hot sauce, none were supremes like I ordered and They were so old they literally fell apart the shell and all when I opened the packaging. The taste was not good and from the way the tacos looks it didn’t surprise me. I haven’t returned since, Sad thing is I’m okay with that I’ll try taco Johns next time. Just a warning if your feeling like tacos before you visit the Koeller store.
