I’m in town for business and The Hangar was conveniently located near my hotel. I went in and ordered the Hangar Curd burger with chips and chipotle ranch dipping sauce. First off, I Love a good burger with great toppings and the Hangar Curd burger fit that description. However, I find it frustrating when places try to hide an average burger under a bunch of stuff and hope you don’t notice. This burger did Not disappoint. It could have stood on its own…Great Flavor and cooked perfectly. In addition the bacon was handled very well as were the cheeses curds and the Hangar Sauce. The Chips and Chipotle Ranch were a perfect side to the dish. Couldn’t have been happier!

What a great place to meet and hang out while in Oshkosh.
I have gone to The Hanger once a week for 10 years. My bill runs between 40 to 150 if I have brought friends with me. I have bought food there to take to the Fox Brewing Co. to show them how much better the food at the Hanger is. I walked in there tonight after forgotten my Credit Card. I asked the Manger if I could pay next week when I would come in. I was told NO. I guess after 10 years of weekly business I am not trustworthy. I don’t know how many years it would take to be trusted. Being a 80 year old lady I don’t think I have that much time to wait. I think I had better find a different restaurant where they don’t think I am going to steel food. Dr. Berg

We were visiting from New York, and we were excited to try this place. First issue is the website is not updated, most things we wanted to order they didn't serve anymore (example Burrata salad, the brisket melt and the cheese curd burger.) We did a pick up order..the salsa was really weird. The Mac n cheese was AWFUL tasted like white paste with no flavor. Reuben was ok, but very little corn beef to the mountain of saurkraut also never got the side of sauce.
