The food was not good at all. Everything we ordered was not good. The seafood omelette that was on special consisted of two overcooked flaps of eggs with tiny shrimp, imitation crab and unmelted cheese. The steak nuggets had zero flavor. I was hoping for a little higher quality for the price. The waitress was nice.

We have moved from Oshkosh, have always loved The Roxy and try to get there when passing through. We were really disappointed today in just about everything. The hostess acted like she really couldn’t have cared if we were there or not. We each ordered clam chowder, it was thick, loaded with potatoes and very little clam meat. Husband thought they had used bacon grease when making it. The salads were not on chilled plates. There was one slice of cucumber,one small tomato and parts of the lettuce head I would have discarded. The baked potato was not done completely. We each ordered the chopped sirloin, which was not as good as previous visits. It was served on a smaller plate. We will not be stopping at The Roxy until we hear from others that it has improved.

Don’t give people a time to pick up their food (over an hour) and then make them wait over 30 min while being ignored by hosts and servers. Also hearing them talk about how my order was lost in the system and not approaching me for 5 min. Waiting over an hour an a half for ONE MEAL - and you offer me a 10 DOLLAR GIFT CARD?!?! What happened to this place.
