We ate here this weekend and the food was delicious, our server was great and attentive, but something must be up with the AC. It was so hot in there just sitting down to eat and we could see other customers and employees fanning themselves. Hopefully they get that fixed so we can better enjoy our meal next time

This place is terrible. Been here 3 separate times. First time was great, excellent service food was great. Second visit, the service was poor but it was busy and we had a fairly young server and assumed that was the reason why. Got our food and it was undercooked, no flavor and couldn’t get a drink refill the whole time we were there. Our 3rd visit which is why i’m leaving this review, no one welcomed us in, my husband sat down first while i took my son to the bathroom and he sat himself (as the sign says to do). I came out of the bathroom with my son to sit with my husband and all the workers just stared at us while we walked past and yet still didn’t say hello or that someone would come help us in a bit. We sat for a good 15 minutes just being stared at by all the workers and no one was actually busy serving anyone, but standing around talking to each other. The one server i did see just stared at us even while talking to the table he had already helped. We decided enough was enough and left and again, all the workers just stared at us and said nothing. Never again will we be here or recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered take out burgers for my wife and I and they were incredible. I had the candied bacon burger and my wife had the jalapeno popper burger. Both were delicious. My wife had the cheese curds for a side and they too were delicious. When I called in, they said it could be ready in 15 minutes, but we didn'tl want to pick it up for another hour or so. They said no problem and it was ready right on time. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend it to a friend. GREAT JOB, RUBY OWL !!

Excellent atmosphere, food and service. Had the butter burger, chicken gyro and jalapeno burger. Many TVs and craft beer selections on tap. Tater tots are not an upcharge!

Great food, but a bit slow for lunch service as they were crowded. They could definitely use a bit higher level of staffing but overall it was a great experience.
Got there just after opening and was glad we did. Had the chicken gyro. Was very tastey! Could have used a lot more chicken and a little less filling. But was still good flavored. Friend had the Burger and it was also delicious and the fries were really good. BlackBerry cider was awesome! Waitress was very on top of it and friendly!! Would go again if ever in the area!

Service was good, waiters/waitresses nice. The food, however, was not worth it at all. I had the chicken gyros and it only had 5 pieces of chicken, it was basically just a feta ungrilled cheese. My friend had a very lackluster cheeseburger.

I had the New Glarus Raspberry Tart beer with a Jalapeño Popper burger- both were excellent. Our service was good even though they were busy & we'll definitely be back!

The Ruby Owl is a great Main Street bar and restaurant. The food is upscale bar fair. Choosing a Beer is awesome because they have a massive list to choose from and the bar tenders know what they are talking about.
