Young guy who took our takeout order yesterday seemed visibly under the influence. Couldn’t read his own handwriting, asked us to confirm what our order was. Waited an hour for our food, got back to the house and missing a 3rd of it. Friend called, same guy answered the phone and was disrespectful to her, cutting her off and said it wasn’t his fault the order was messed up.
Went back myself so she didn’t cause a scene, only to hear him talking about the call and talking down about her to another person at the end of the bar. Got the rest of our order figured out with someone else as he wouldn’t come by me. Everyone BESIDES him was solid for service in general, but again my friend being disrespected is a significant issue hence the 1 star. Good food, but won’t be back anytime soon.

So I went there to have a good time .. pool tables were great the place looks really nice and it was nice for someone to play pool. But, I asked for a hamburger and it took them about 50 min to cook it and they didn’t even bring it to my table I had to go and get it from the bar. The place was not packed so no excuse for taking long time. The food came in the burger bun was cold and the fries were cold too. The sandwich was a 2/5 because it was not hot as I thought it was ..

Arrived at 1230am on a Friday... Bar was busy, but with 4 bartenders (more than manageable), the bar was full of water, sticky stuff, etc. Took 30+minutes to get 9 drinks. I was holding out money waiting and staff just kept walking by.Received drinks, but bar top was still disgusting couldn't leave beverage at the bar in the fear it would float away in the pile of liquids on the bar. Ordered a second drink same service and 1 of the 4 bartenders was cutting up limes in a customer booth seat. 🤢 Absolutely disgusting. For a pool hall, I'd expect a higher level of care.

shouldn't take 40 min for the bartender to realize I'm sitting in front of her & the bar to serve me my food yet the couple & the older lady they were with sitting in a booth next to me got their food before me yet they sat down AFTER me. really dissatisfied and disappointed in the service w/the bartenders tonight. pleased with the food because of how well it was cooked though by the time I got it, it was room temperature. 😒 I normally am satisfied and tip decent. I normally don't complain or make a big fuss about getting my order to me in 15-20 min but 40 min? because you "can't find me/see where I sat down" when I told you literally where I was going to be sitting & I'm RIGHT ACROSS THE BAR from you. 🙄🤦♀️🤷♀️💯 I never go out. I hardly dine in & throw back a few drinks/shots so when I do, it's super upsetting to get poor customer service. I was thinking of coming here to celebrate my 36th birthday on May 30th & June 6th (my actual bday), but I'm thinking twice after what I've experienced. 🎯💯

The bouncer yesterday that work on the other side went off on a hear say to make a person leave when the other bouncer said she can stay with a dnd driver as long as she wasn’t drinking because she wasn’t up age and the bartender said it was okay but the white guy went off his a old lady rumor that wasn’t true and said she had to leave but she didn’t had a problem of leaving but she was right if they going to let drunk drivers leave and put everybody else in danger how is that right and not get charge for danger to other people on the road they need to be dealt with because of the lack of communication
