Thier delivery service is horrible. Twice now was enough but both times my order took several hours and then when it was actually delivered, was never notified. I eventually thought the order was canceled, fell asleep ro fond my food outside the next morning. There will NOT be a 3rd time. Nearly 80$ worth of food

I placed an order around 2:15 AM on New Yearâs Day (January 1st, 2025). We were peacefully eating inside the restaurant when, at 3:00 AM, the staff asked us to leave because they were closed for new ordersâwhich I completely understand. However, we were almost finished with our pizza when they began threatening to call the police if we didnât leave immediately.
The situation was handled very poorly and felt unnecessary and disrespectful. This experience reflected extremely bad customer service, and I did not appreciate how it was handled.
Second restrooms were closed for customers as well.

Unfortunately, this pizza is almost always overcooked and comes out burnt. The quality is inconsistent and generally poor compared to Little Caesars, which at least delivers a more reliable product.
On rare occasions usually during the summer and earlier in the day the pizza here is made well for me, but those times are the exception, not the standard. Most visits result in burnt crust and uneven cooking, making it hard to recommend consistently.
The guy who works here says, from this pizza place⊠this is normal for how their pizza looks all the time!

I Ordered pizza and they told me 30 minutes I called the store they said the driver left earlier with my order mind you not its already been an hour then an 1 hour and 15 minutes pass by but hey they're giving me new pizza cause they can't just give me my cash back they wanted my credit card information to put money on my card that was never used.
Donât know if itâs my mood today or what but the fact that the delivery driver thought to move my door mat to place my pizza box somewhere that wasnât covered in snow means a lot. I donât know if Iâm over reacting but itâs the small things that show when people actually take the time to think about the service theyâre providing. This is the reason I will tip a horrendous amount on my next and future deliveries. Thank you
