Arrived at 11:30, order was not taken until 11:47. The Host, Zander, must have been extremely new, extremely high, or both (I mean that very literally because it smells like weed inside). He would not look at us or acknowledge us or entire visit. It took another Host, I assume it was the site supervisor, to finally take our order. We got our food and there was car hair on the frosty. Otherwise the food was fine.

Not sure what had happened but ended up waiting so long for our food (me and two little kids) that we were given free meal cards and a free Jr frosty. I feel like this is an every wendys thing where service is beyond slow.

We waited over 20 minutes in line, ordered 3 diet cokes, all 3 were regular. Fries were cold like they have been sitting there for hours. Hamburgers tasted terrible and the buns were hard. To top it off not one word to us just a blank stare. Will not be going back!!!!

The workers must be way too high to function. Service is incredibly slow every time we go and our order is always wrong somehow.

We’ve waited in the drive thru for 20+ min just to get our order taken with only one car in front of us. Then another 30+ min to get our food. We were ready to leave without getting our food, and was just curious how long it would take.

One night we were told to “just order at the window” from the speaker (so it didn’t appear broken). After waiting 20 min behind the car in front of us, my husband just went inside to order. It was just the one car that had been sitting in the drive thru and we were the only customers inside. We had to repeat every item we ordered when placing our order and then waited another 20 min for 2 burgers and a kids meal. I watched the drive thru worker on her phone the whole time. When we finally left, there were another 4-5 cars in line, but assuming she told everyone to “just order at the window” because we didn’t hear any orders taken while we waited for our food.

Once when ordering inside, a worker threw away part of our order in front of us after asking us if we received everything and we said no.

No matter how big or small our order has been, there is always something wrong. We’ve tried going on different days at different times (lunch, dinner, late night) and it makes no difference.

But the food is always good, so there’s that. Even if it’s the wrong food. We hardly go anymore and only when we aren’t hungry and have mentally prepared for the awful service lol

Dirty tables and floors , took almost 10 minutes to get my food and they weren't even that busy. I had ordered from the kiosk #220 on 11-8-25 around 3:20 pm. I did not receive my crackers for my chili that I ordered or the ranch for my nuggets, the kid did not seem to know how to do his job at all.

I noticed all the bad reviews..... I walked over here to eat as I was hungry.... Just a trucker delivering to lowes and was hungry after driving all day.... No complaints from me at all.... Food was good and fresh..... Didn't take to long to get it.... And the people were nice.... Maybe you other reviewers just have a bad attitude and people just don't like you, cuz I had no problem at all.... I'm never in a hurry and am very patient to begin with.... Maybe you people should try the same thing.... Kindness goes a long way.....

Food was terrible. Sandwiches were cold. Nuggets were a terrible consistency and cold. Fries were cold. Dining room was filthy. We were not greeted at all by any staff. Worst experience ever at a Wendy's.

I went after a shift at work to get food went through the drive thru the guy at the drive thru talked to me asking for my order and then stopped waited there for 15 minutes nothing went to the drive thru window no one there waited another 10 minutes and left completely ignored and disregarded.

Terrible. Mobile order. App told me 5 mins. I go there. Girl can't find my order. Finally finds it. She said couple mins. Prefect. 20 mins later everyone in the place who had ordered food before and after me had their food. I didn't. I spent my entire lunch break standing waiting. I finally ask how much longer. She says it's the next order. 5 seconds later she gets the bag and yells mobile order like she wasn't just taking to me and knew it was my order. My fries were burnt and my nugg sauce was missing.
