I've been to this restaurant before and after the management change. I didn't think it could get worse than before the change, but it did. The few times I gave them another shot after, the service has been incredibly slow, even when no one else was there as a customer. Food was cold when received as well. I won't be going back to this location again...

Haven't been for a long time. Everything was really good. Fresh,hot. The only thing that bothered me was, there was a kid who works there, that was wearing a sweatshirt with some language on it, that wasn't appropriate for work.

Customer service sucked, cashier had no idea what was going. Placed my order and waited 10 minutes just to get my soda cup then waited another 15 minutes for food. Will NEVER go back there.

I came through drive through. After i ordered... Couldnt understand the person who i believe said, "you will get your total at window. " So I drove to window and the young man said $3:45. So I handed him $5.45. He hands ma one dollar and some change. I said I was supposed to receive $2.00 back. The window slammed shut. Another man was called over and helped him. He said to me.... you have to pay tax. Ok????? I said.... Then say the correct total when you ask for payment. So I gave him 13 cents more to get my $2 back. As he said it was $3.58 ( And also the drive through said it was $3 why would I pay 58 cents tax??? ) he gave me my $2. So anyway. He hands out my frosty. and I needed a napkin as the frosty was running down the side of cup. As I asked for it, SLAM the window went shut again. Now I'm getting a little upset. I waited and no one opened it for me. ** I feel that this young man should not be working a register. And was very rude when I asked my questions about the price and a napkin. The manager that helped him should of explained it all to me instead of silence from the young kid. Who also wore a hooded sweatshirt and the hood was over his head the whole time. I'm sure this is not correct attire for working at Wendy's. Hopefully your friendliness improves.

waited 10 mins in the drive through when there was only 1 car infront of us and 5 cars behind us. went inside because nobody responded at the drive through and then they kept mixing up people food and giving them cold burgers. The floor has fries on it and the tables are dirty .Everyone in the kitchen is acting like they have no idea what they are even doing and nobody was there’s hair nets or gloves WORST SERVICE EVERRRR!!!!!

Me and my friend walked in and ordered on the kiosk and once the order went through I could over hear a worker start talking smack about the fact we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and he said he’d purposely make us a normal one, and I had clicked cash on the kiosk and no worker came up, only ignored us and talked about our order but never made it or talked to us. Waited for 30 minutes if not longer.

This is the 10th time that they messed up, missed items, gave the completely wrong meal. They seem to be more concerned with horsing around & getting the drive through time down rather than being polite to the customers and making sure they have the correct food. I do not recommend coming here unless you feel like wasting gas on coming back for your correct items or just waiting 10 minutes to get your order taken. Never mind the fact that they were not using gloves to handle the food or even wearing the proper uniform clothing or even having proper regulations for making sure hair doesn’t get into the food.

Horribly slow service and they don't seem to care. I ordered ahead on the app, it was just a simple meal deal for myself. It was supposed to be done at 8:31 pm. At 8:41 they were still working on it. I was the only one in the store and no one was at the drive thru. No body came up to the counter to acknowledge me either. This was on 12/30/2024. The lady who was working on my sandwich for 12 minutes had blue hair.

I don't know why management let their staff get away with this.
No professionalism. No uniforms, one guy with a dirty Wendy's hat.
I wanted their salted Carmel dessert, Sorry all out, come back tomorrow .
Was there 2 days earlier the drive-thru gal said " there a wait" so I left.
It a new place, why can't they get there act together?
