We asked for 2 with pickle and didn't even put pickle they got everything else right. The toliets were horrible one started leaking right there and then we got scammed with the sandwich and the coin machines. To bad there wasn't any claw machines oh wait those are prob rigged

We have been in the drive through behind two vehicles for 32 minutes. There is no way to get out of the line to leave. We have a wedding to be at, which we will now be late for. We didn't anticipate it taking 40 minutes in a fast food drive through. Horrible service and experience.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger w fries and a shake. They charged me more for this (before the upgrade for the shake) than it costs for a double bacon cheeseburger combo.
I had to wait at the drive thru because they were making new fries, which is fine. But, they delivered my burger without the fries. I had to ask for the fries and napkins.
The burger was disgustingly messy, and there was no bacon.
The fries had so much salt on them, they were inedible.

Do NOT stop here!! The prices are jacked up $3.81 for a “small” vanilla cone that had been premade, pulled out of the freezer by the drive up windows and was not Dairy Queen ice cream (not sure it was)! I have the same thing multiple times a month, and this was horrible. How do you mess up a cone … oh and don’t bother to offers napkin:

Employees need to be clean. This women needs to shower and wash her clothes. I’m so glad she didn’t hand me my food. Food was okay. Most tables were dirty. We did manage to find one that wasn’t too bad. We won’t be back.?

Awful. Not only are they ridiculously expensive, they’re even more expensive when they rip you off by charging $5 for a simple vanilla soft serve in a dish by calling it a “sundae” (instead of a cone). Literally both girls working were insistent that they called it a sundae around there (and they were the only working, I was told). I was like…a sundae has toppings. I literally just want my soft serve in a dish rather than cone. “Nope, it’s a sundae.” I’ve never seen service this awful. You’ll need to be desperate for DQ to patronize this place.
