There was a women working tonight, sep 6th 2025 she answered the phone so I’m assuming she is a manager, we went to get roast beef and chicken tenders, she forgot the roast beef so I called and said that she forgot it and was clam she said “actually it was NEVER on the receipt” very much with attitude, went back calm and she was very snappy, after we left I called and simply asked for her name, she said no and hung up, keep in mind I have cameras in my car and recorded the call just in case and I’m glad I did, this will be going strait to the owner. Word of advice for that women get out of customer service as soon as possible before you make the wrong person mad, also cut your nails it’s unprofessional.

Everyone was nice and very friendly. My burger and fries were hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean.
The food was fresh and hot, but they were obviously having staffing issues. The same person was going from the drive thru to the front counter and seemed to be preparing each order by themselves. Understandably, the person serving us was a bit short with us. It took several minutes just to pay and get our drinks even after we had pulled up to the window. I might go again, but only if I have plenty of time.

This is my first Hardee’s experience and they knocked it out of the park. I was unfamiliar with the menu but the woman at the counter helped me figure out what I wanted and it’s the best burger I’ve had in a while. Thank you!
