Terrible counter service and attitude. Ordered BMT and rotisserie chicken (terrible sandwich) subs Asked for mayonnaise on both, only got one sandwich with mayonnaise. And did not receive a receipt.

We stopped by on our travels and the food was prepared quickly and so delicious!! The service was great and then 6 hours later we realized our 8 yr old left her wallet with her chore money for the trip while using quarters for the machine. Thankfully we called and they said they would mail it to us. Such a sweet gesture! Tears were shed and a great life lesson learned. Thank you!

Definitely won't be going back to osseo subway. Food was good but the customer service we received from the young guy was horrible and very unprofessional. I understand it was an hour before closing but the comments you were making under your breath were very rude and then to tell us we can't eat our food inside because you had to clean. I have worked at subway before and would have never told someone they can't eat inside because they needed to clean. Maybe you guys should change your dine in signs.

I hate to do bad reviews usually, but honestly every time me or my family has entered the young employees act like they hate being there. That's why I typically don't go there. The other night my mom went and got subs for everyone. Our sandwiches were soooooooo empty and she didn't want to say anything because the people working there are so rude lol. It was like 35.00. Literally the worse subway ever it is convenient because of location but that is it. I will say I have met the manager and she is super sweet.
