I love this subway, its always really well kept and the staff is nice, even when you come in minutes before closing time. But today, we came in at 9 and the guy working who’s name I’m pretty sure is Jake, and he had the WORST attitude I have ever experienced. My boyfriend was waiting on me to use the bathroom and told him he wasn’t ready to order yet because he was waiting for me and Jake proceeded to have attitude with him. Then when I was out there and pointed to the type of chicken I wanted Jake proceeded to get this horrible attitude with me and raised his voice as he asked me what type of chicken, even though i was literally pointing at it, and then proceeded to list all of them off. Then when he asked if I wanted it toasted and I said no, he got MORE attitude with me and was like “okay whatever.” I have genuinely not seen this bad of attitude from a worker here before. I’m sorry that you’re balding and seem to be pissed off about that, but that does not mean to take it out on customers!!

Stopped in while in a road trip, best subway sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Service was nice and fast. Great experience.

Hoped to make a quick highway stop. Overall staff know-how was lacking. Corporate played a role in my experience as well. Things started out poorly.: “Yes, we have WiFi, but we don’t know what the password is.” Great. Subway wanted me to download a new version of its app, so it took 6 minutes instead of 30 seconds. I tried to order an online special. The app rejected my newly entered CC, even after painstakingly entering its info twice. The 6” tuna sandwich that I ordered was the shortest six inches I’ve ever seen. When I pointed this out, the clerk said “We can try to do it over, yet the follow-up was at least as short! Someone appeared incapable of cutting the original footlong bread in half. They got the bread type right but failed to ask me questions about my preferences. I wanted the bread toasted. Instead, I got a cold, short, underwhelming 4 1/2 inch tuna sandwich. Welcome to Subway Osseo.

I ordered 4subs for the kids and I.. I requested nachos,the employee stated it’s sold as it comes .. ok I understood I requested lettuce on the side, I even offered to pay for it..I have NEVER been to a subway who charges for chips and not ask do you want to make it a meal with a soda! Now the employee charged me for everything and acted like she couldn’t fix it !!! Maybe I was the wrong color because I sat and watch the next few people get served pretty good! I don’t recommend this subway at all!!!!!!!!! Unless u look like the employees !

Terrible counter service and attitude. Ordered BMT and rotisserie chicken (terrible sandwich) subs Asked for mayonnaise on both, only got one sandwich with mayonnaise. And did not receive a receipt.
