Great customer service at this taco John’s location plus it was not busy at all so there was really no wait at all.
Fast service and good food. Haven't tried this chain before but if this location is the standard then I'm definitely eating here again.

I have been to this TJs I can’t tell you how many times and never had a problem, until today. Will never be back to this location ever again. Would rather spend more money and eat at the diner off the freeway. Literally ice cold Oles in the middle. Either the new gal working there is trash or they don’t clean their fryers. Not sure what the problem is but taking the Oles that were in their holding tray and putting them in the fryer for a couple seconds was not the answer. Adios TJs of Osseo.

We sat in drive thru for 10 min and had no one take our order, then we called and could hear the phone ring and no answer so called again and nothing, as we backed up to go into building a car came through drive thru and was served right away. Not how I wanna waste my time ps place closes at 10 and it was 8:55-9

This place needs a serious deep clean. Sticky floors, urine scented restrooms... They really let it go at this place. And then the food was just thrown together. My burrito was soggy from too much salsa and just fell apart in my hands. 0/10, legitimately the grossest Taco John's
