What a joke of customer service. Try to use any of the coupons they offer and you get mocked and declined the use of them. Seeing I usually get one order filled correctly every 4 or 5 visits I'll just go elsewhere. Sad part is it's the same ownership that have the Pleasant Prairie location and I've never experienced a problem there.

Food is always good here- usually get the chicken tenders. Son loves the concrete mixer with heath and caramel. We were there the other day and ordered a root beer float- it tasted strange so I brought them back up, explained the taste, they checked and realized the syrup was empty- they apologized and remade the drinks for us.

Don't pass Wisconsin without stopping at Culvers. My recommendation get the Double Cheeseburger meal with an upgrade of cheesecurds than a Concrete mixer for dessert.

The staff are either overworked or undertrained; there is always a long wait, and something is usually missing. 😠😡😩 UPDATE: Gave them one more chance; we went back for the first time in months. 🙄 They forgot the crackers for my chili, they forgot the dressing for my salad, and there was no spoon or napkins. 🥄🥗🤔 Are these items by request only now, or what? 🤷♀️❓

Great Culvers location! Food came out quickly and hot (2 chicken tender baskets and 1 sourdough baskets). Staff were friendly and helpful when ordering the meal and custard afterwards. Location is fairly new, so is in great shape and clean.
We'll be coming here in the future!

Onion rings were good. Got a burger 30 minutes before closing time and it was a little on the cool side. Maybe that's what I get for going near closing 🤔.

Kids meal and a custard filling and very good. The custard is a good ending to any meal. Brought my puppy sat outside, they gave me a small cup of whip cream for my pup. Made her happy as well.
