Awesomee Dunkin! Super clean and staff is sooo friendly. I got one of the strawberry drinks and it tasted great. Chatted with the staff and don’t know how they could have been more sweeter. Will be back often!

The Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins in Paddock Lake is one of the worst places to get food in all of Kenosha County. The service is terrible and the employees and management do not care. For example, two years ago my girlfriend wanted a cookie ice cream pizza which was advertised on Baskin Robbins website. I order it online for her birthday. I do this a week before her birthday so there are no issues. When I show up for the cookie ice cream pizza it was not made. Nobody knew how to make it either. I waited an hour for the employees and management to figure out what to do. While I waited management and the employees chatted and had fun with each other. Eventually I did get the cookie ice cream pizza. My girlfriend ended up liking the dessert a lot so she asked for it again this year. I agreed because I believed the issue is had before would not happen again. Unfortunately for me it did happen again. I ended up canceling my order the second time. I will never order or eat here again because the service is so bad.

Dunkin has clearly changed their policy by implementing an order kiosk. This eliminated the need to interact with customers, which is what we experienced. Very impersonal. The 3 employees enjoyed talking to each other though on their headsets. Additionally there was no coffee ready at 9 am. They had to start a new pot. Again no actual human interaction. So disappointing. The doughnuts were typical. Not in any hurry to return.
Great experience at Dunkin! The service was quick and friendly, and Maya was especially sweet and welcoming. She made sure everything was right and had such a positive attitude. Definitely a nice stop for coffee and donuts—Me and my husband will be back!

closest dunkin to us, so we go out of convinience sometimes. food & drinks are always made bad, if they even remember to give us our order. workers suck and always have attitude. would rather drive to the interstate or antioch at this point
