The service is not great. I had to wait 4 minutes after my friend ordered food, then we had to wait another 10-15 minutes before we got our drinks. Not to mention my drink is completely filled with ice and almost gone after 3 sips. After my friend went up there to ask for my sandwich turns out they weren’t even making it. Their service is terrible and the employees aren’t nice, asking for a sandwich and an employee got an attitude about it. I paid $7 for a sandwich I wouldn’t have gotten if my friend didn’t go up to ask about it. I am definitely not coming back.

I love this Dunkin they are quick and nice but I was just there and ordered an iced chai and it came milk white and just taste like milk it was disappointing because there chai tastes amazing

Everytime we get food here it’s either burnt or not cooked. The employees are rude everytime we go in. So disappointing
I always love my drinks. Today I added a donut order and specifically asked for no filled and no chocolate donuts. My box was basically everything I didn't want. My fault for not checking while there but I don't have time to return and get it fixed. Very disappointed

Horribly rude young girls as staff. Make my order wrong everytime... if you ask them to make it correctly they get an attitude, take their time and even disappeared w my drink for a moment. obviously it was not consumed then. Absolutely appalled.

Stopped for a sundae. Requested hot fudge and carmel topping with whipped cream and nuts. Was handed sundae from drive thru, I could see a small amount of hot fudge. I figured it would be identical as one I purchased three days ago. I got home only to find there was one pink spoonful of hot fudge, no carmel!! I called store spoke with supposed assistant manager Kaytlin. She said they don't put much hot fudge on sundaes cause it's expensive. I asked what a small amount was? I asked was it more than one pink spoonful, she again said hit fudge was expensive, I asked well what about carmel?? There's none on this sundae. I also asked if the hot fudge was supposed to at least be on each scoop. She somewhat agreed. I explained the first sundae a few days ago you could see and taste them. This one was a joke. She offered one scoop ice cream free. I told her I wanted entire sundae free. She said fine, took my name and told me to stop for refund. She was extremely difficult to deal with!! I don't think toppings should be shorted with excuse being cost when the sundae was over $8.00!!!!!
