Horribly rude young girls as staff. Make my order wrong everytime... if you ask them to make it correctly they get an attitude, take their time and even disappeared w my drink for a moment. obviously it was not consumed then. Absolutely appalled.

Stopped for a sundae. Requested hot fudge and carmel topping with whipped cream and nuts. Was handed sundae from drive thru, I could see a small amount of hot fudge. I figured it would be identical as one I purchased three days ago. I got home only to find there was one pink spoonful of hot fudge, no carmel!! I called store spoke with supposed assistant manager Kaytlin. She said they don't put much hot fudge on sundaes cause it's expensive. I asked what a small amount was? I asked was it more than one pink spoonful, she again said hit fudge was expensive, I asked well what about carmel?? There's none on this sundae. I also asked if the hot fudge was supposed to at least be on each scoop. She somewhat agreed. I explained the first sundae a few days ago you could see and taste them. This one was a joke. She offered one scoop ice cream free. I told her I wanted entire sundae free. She said fine, took my name and told me to stop for refund. She was extremely difficult to deal with!! I don't think toppings should be shorted with excuse being cost when the sundae was over $8.00!!!!!

2 times now I've ordered coffee with espresso shots added, and watched them make it without them. When asked if the espresso shots were added got a yeah sure.

Went inside to get a half dozen donuts. I stood there for a good 15 minutes. At least 5 people standing around. No one would wait on me. Donuts not fresh. Will not go back.

NASTY ! BURNT! RIPPED! SLOPPY ! Unedible hashbrowns were black and rock hard, sandwich burned and it looks like it was bitten of or ripped. Absolutely disgusting, you should be ashamed.

Please take this review as an opportunity for improvement. We realize this place employees teens and we are willing to deal with new training etc. When you start not putting bacon on the avocado toast 3 times in a row and I finally say something only to have 1/4 piece of bacon put on my toast and a chai latte that was alll milk, I'm going to get a little testy. You guys have like 7 people running around in there and half of them are standing around looking confused and clueless. Minimum drive thru time. 10 minutes Everyone is polite , but they really don't know what's going on. Order what you want but you're probably not going to get it. I will change my review if I see improvement but as of right now, the owners of this place really need to put more into their quality process, employee training and some speed.

Friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond. You can use your own mugs, too. Haven't had an issue. Go here sporadically on various days. Consistently a positive experience. Atmosphere, it's not a real "cafe," and for what it is, it's nice. I like going here.

My husband and I came to this location because we saw it was new in Paddock Lake yesterday. When we walked in, no one greeted us. We saw a lot of employees behind the counter. Many not having anything to do. We ordered a medium and a large cold brew with sweet foam and we have tried this beverage before (yesterday at a different DD location). We also ordered a half dozen donuts. We ended up receiving two large beverages plus an extra because the employee made too much. We drank it on our way to our next destination and the coffee was really bitter. We couldn't even taste the sweet foam. Coffee was not good.

I definitely prefer Starbucks, but this will do in a pinch. I only like their iced lattes for the most part. The kids love the donuts. Until they put a Starbucks in Paddock Lake this will do! Unless of course you have a reason to go near Starbucks, then I would always do that.
