Fantastic hidden gem in down town Paddock Lake, I had the Tacos de Barbacoa, succulent slow cooked shredded beef tacos. highly recommend if you want authentic Mexican food. we will visit again.

This place is great and the owner is a wonderful person. Don't let other reviews fool you, this is an authentic restaurant with South American family heading it and bringing their own recipies. Their grilled chicken dishes are particularly great and they mix guacamole to order. THAT is why locals don't like it - true to this area, they have issues with anything other than Taco Bell.

Great food, but super rude owner. The sign said one price for domestics (6 for $20). We ordered blue moon based on the list on our table and they ran out, so we got 5 blue moons and 1 Spotted cow. Then, we were charged $25 because blue moon is considered an import, despite the menu on the table. The owner came to talk to us about it and was rude and walked away while we were taking with her! She kept saying the menu on the table was old and that blue moon is an import, not a domestic. It is made in Colorado!!! And also, if the menus are old, remove them, that is not our problem! False advertising. Beware! Great food, but may not be back if someone like this is running the place. I felt badly for our server who felt she just had to honor what the owner said... or else.

most of my life I’ve lived in communities with a lot of authentic mexican food and many Latino neighbors, and this is as good as any Mexican restaurant I’ve been to! Friend and I tried the chile rellenos, enchilada and tacos and a marguerita . All very solid, margeurita had a “heavy pour” (which my friend appreciated), and the tacos were the BEST carnitas (somehow both crispy and tender!) and BEST lengua (very meaty and savory, not just flavorless fatty) I’ve ever had.

I went in excited cause that picture outside of a strawberry margarita got my attention but 15 minutes in it was pure disappointment. The A.C unit wasn't working, service got none of that ( a crowd of 15 people) not even including the couple who sat next to me, whom i may say got there 5 minutes after i did, got service before i decided enough was enough and left. I wish i can tell the food was good but can't, I wish can say the service was great but nope and of all things i wish i can tell you that strawberry margarita was delicious but it is hard to say all those things when you get no service. Google needs a no star button.
