Lady that took my order over the phone was nice. My husband went to pick it up and they gave him the wrong order and told him it was paid for. I sent him back with it and called back in to let them know. The lady I spoke with on that second call was very rude to me. First saying they were already remaking the order for the other person that they gave my husband, then saying they hadn’t gotten another order to which I told her I called it in and she said it’s on the back counter. She came across as very put out and upset when the mistake was theirs by giving my husband the wrong order and then when he told them he had to pay, which should have tipped them off, telling him it was already paid and telling him again to take it. Their issue, their mistake, not his. There was zero reason to be rude to me about it. I wasn’t being rude at all so there was zero reason to sound all nasty and upset. Customer service skills need a little refresher.

I was there today around noon. You were very busy. The two girls ahead of me had an order of about 8 sandwiches. They were all different and included a pizza, a wrap, and many sandwiches were toasted. You made them efficiently, the young man helped and tended to the cash register and checked them out as quickly as possible. When they were done, you moved onto me and were courteous, quick, and accurate with my order, and there were still about 8 people in line behind me. Thank you for a very nice experience.

I walked in and was not greeted by any of the young boys working. Their friends seemed to be hanging around, but it only felt like they were staring and loitering. My food did not taste fresh by any means. I had to individually taste each ingredient to further see if it was even edible. I love subway but unfortunately will not be returning to this location.

Original trip- the Chicken Bacon Ranch. The wrong chicken was used and was grisly. Also ordered soup, they only filled the cup a third of the way up.Updated trip- Went to pardeeville subway today. Chicken Bacon wrap was good. But the sign said potato and bacon soup and it was chicken noodle.

This place offers very good food at a reasonable price. The two men who made my sub were very friendly and this place was clean and inviting. I enjoyed my tuna sub here, and hope it continues to prosper.
Not sure if I got a bad portion but my cold cut combo had 3 round pieces of meat on it. I had one in Adams and it was just fine. This one is also more expensive.
