I have been going there since the 70's when Lil owned it. I have always enjoyed everything. After tonight, I may never go back. The only decent thing we received tonight was my water. My hot pork sandwich was served on hard bread even though it had gravy I could tell.( Not much gravy), barely any pork. They didn't have the deep fried mushrooms we ordered and the little cherry pie we got (thought i ordered a slice) I don't think it was cooked. The waitress busted her tail. She did a very good job with what she was given.

Basic rural diner. The burgers we ordered were very good, as was the pie. The dishes I saw on other diners’ plates looked delicious. We would stop there again next time we pass through the area.

We are from Texas in MI visiting our son…Traveling from upstate MI to Chicago O’Hare and heard about Patti’s on the radio. Stopped on Saturday at lunch time..Very few people there. Ordered the ‘hamburger casserole’ with coleslaw and carrots…received what looked and tasted like a really bad hamburger helper meal with store bought coleslaw and pears (not carrots). The lady behind the counter was DIRTY..dirty horrible looking old tshirt and pants, she looked like she hasn’t showered in a week. The lady waiting on us and the dirty lady both were NOT friendly at all. My husband really wanted to try some good homemade pies but after seeing what they offered we passed. The building and decor are super cute.
