Restaurant never opened. Never informed us they were closed. Overall very disappointing experience.
I was disappointed in my grilled shrimp. My husband liked his ribeye but it was not pink and he ordered it medium rare. Did not like that we didn't have a choice in potatoes. Ordered crab Rangoon for appetizer & it was delicious.
The service was acceptable. The staff extremely friendly but the restaurant was very understaffed, as with many hotels and restaurants since Covid.
Do Not Eat Here!!!! Food was unacceptable for the cost of it! The vegetables were frozen out of a bag and potatoes from a bag. I Want My Money Back!
Waited over an hour for a porterhouse steak and an order of pasta. When we finally received our meal, the steak was over 50% fat. The waitress offered to take $8 off our meal. I was shocked they actually thought it was ok to serve this to us. Will not be back.
1905 Steakhouse is in a beautiful setting, and the servers are attentive and friendly. The menu is limited, but everyone in our party of 6 was pleased with their food. The only drawback was that the sun was in the eyes of several of us for a big part of our time there, and there are no blinds or shades to block it — this diminished our enjoyment of an otherwise pleasant meal.
AWFUL food. It was like it was Microwaved Prime Rib!! Potatoes were left over and cold! YUK.
Food was disappointing and insanely over priced. Lobster was chewy and steaks were discolored. Food had no flavor and was tough to eat. Not worth $257 for two adults and two children to have dinner.
They brought the wrong salads and steaks (prime rib special and ribeye) were bad: requested medium but they were red, red rare; they were barely warm and tough. The ribeye was unusually fatty. The waitress tried to correct it all and while we appreciated her effort, it was bad. The ambience is wonderful but they really need to work on their food quality.
Our family is delighted to have a fine dining option once again available at the Four Seasons! It's wonderful to have a range of choices while staying at the resort. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. Whether it's a romantic evening or a family get-together, the Four Seasons team is always willing to accommodate. We appreciate everything the Four Seasons staff does!

The Diamond Room is now called Steakhouse 1905 and unfortunately we used to love this place and I hate that we don't anymore. The entire place has gone down hill ranging from the downstairs restaurant and now made its way upstairs. We made New Years reservations as last year's dinner here was pretty good. 40 minutes after our reservation time we were seated and were given each a glass of free champagne for the wait. They were out of filet mignon as well as Woodford Reserve, both of which we tried to order. Our food came and my chicken pasta primavera had no chicken to be found and no butter came with the added on lobster tail. It was not worth the over $100.00 spent spanning from two rounds at the bar waiting and dinner. The experience was so disappointing, as we will have to find a new place to spend anniversaries and New Years dinner close to home. Very unfortunate that whatever changes they made to Four Seasons are not producing good results.

We have been coming here for years and have seen the ups and downs of varying management and owners. The grounds are beautiful however the building can use some TLC it needs a pressure wash many cobwebs and dirt on the building. Our room had a patio which is great however we do not have pets or travel with pets and right outside our door was a doggy poop bin. They have prime rib advertised everywhere for Saturday starting at 5:00 we went at 5:30 and were told they did not have any this week. In the past there was a much larger variety for dinner currenty only the sports bar is open with a very limited menu.
The rooms are nice. The property has a few restaurants listed on their site but only the ice cream shop and the Boundry Waters bar were open. Others were closed. Even thought the menu is posted through out the hotel the food was not being served. IE: Saturday night prime rib was not served instead it was meatloaf. Friday night was fish, pizza and appetizers. Very limited menu even though when you look at the menu there are things on it they tell you we are not serving that. Nothing within 25 miles of this place if you want to go eat somewhere else or buy anything like food/liquor. It was a shame we got there to discover this. Too late to plan. Some rooms have kitchens with stove. If we knew ahead of time we would have brought things to cook. Nothing for breakfast but a measly continental. It was sparse. Totally disappointed. I know this place closed for a while and reopened. Our previous visit in 2009 every restaurant was open and you could have made to order breakfast. It was very quiet on the updside. Would not go back till they are fully functioning and then I would have to think about it as again there is nothing within 25 miles.
Recommended by a friend. Great place and lots of charm! Beautiful land and golf course. We had a balcony with our room and partook of dinner in the sports bar. Food was decent. Steakhouse not open. If you are wanting to have a drink on your balcony at night, you would do well to bring it with you since the nearest gas station is 15 miles down the road and internet connection not so good in certain areas.
