I have always loved all of the food from this Cafe, the staff, and the awesome owner. Last night we had the smothered pork chops. They were to die for !! They’re a must try!

This use to be our absolute favorite spot to stop when in the area Until today Yes they were extremely busy, I understand that Yes I knew there would be a wait I get that But having someone being waited on who arrived at least 10 minutes after us Having to stop the waitress and ask if we can put our order in Then when I mentioned it Some how I was in the wrong This does not work for me An apology instead of attitude would have had us stopping again

Great home made 'grandma' recipes! Served with enough, well everything, to entertain any appetite! Great job, gals!!

Busy but the food was good. So worth the wait, which really wasn't that long.

First time having lunch here and it has been a couple of years. It was a bit disappointing. The breakfasts were good the last time we were here.

Wow, incredible food! One of the best Reubens out there, and the fries are worth the stop alone 👍

My wife and I stopped at this bright and homey cafe on our way back to SW Wisconsin from camping in the far north of Minnesota. It was a Friday and we ordered the fish fry and I ordered a sweet tea. When the sweet tea arrived minutes later I took a casual sip, assuming it was like every other sweet tea and it exploded in my mouth with flavor and freshness. I've never had a better glass and I've been drinking tea, sweet tea, iced tea, etc. all my life. The meal took about ten minutes to arrive. When it did, we were amazed at how good everything was and you could tell that literally everything was homemade, including the cole slaw and tartar sauce. This was by far the best fish fry we've ever eaten, and we've had it at countless restaurants, bars, cafes and supper clubs in our life. You can tell that everything served here is made with love, care and skill. The staff was prompt, professional, attentive, kind and friendly. The store was clean, orderly, well-lit and nicely decorated in happy decor. At under thirty dollars with tip for two people and having had such a fantastic experience, my only regret is that we live over two hours from this cafe. I told the staff that I'd certainly be a regular and bring my friends and family there frequently if we lived in the area.

Every part of our meal was perfect. Wife got the Walleye which said said tasted amazing. Everything about my bacon cheeseburger was cooked to perfection. The homemade lemonade has the right amount of sour and sweet, I made sure to get a cup to go.
