10 out of 10 would not recommend. My brother and his wife wanted to have their wedding dinner celebration here. my sister in law called over a month in advanced to make reservations and was told that this winery could accommodate our party, no problem. Fast forward to the big day, when we arrived to the winery we were told they could no longer accommodate our party for indoor seating, and that they did not acceptreservations. So what member of your staff royally screwed that one up to begin with? It was a chilly day, windy, no sunshine, we had an infant with us, and the winery refused to help us. They stated they were understaffed and that our party would take up their whole indoor seating area. Okay, we're we not all paying customers though? You would have still been making plenty of money while helping our party had you have decided to do so. Just rude in my opinion. You lost a lot of business because of this. I was excited to try the food however, because of the way we were treated by their staff, rude, unprofessional, etc. I will never be returning to this establishment. I will also tell be telling everyone I know about our experience with this winery. You chose to make a bride and groom's special day, frustrating and much more difficult than it needed to be. Maybe in the future you'll decide to be better humans. On another note we called the Pickle Factory and they were willing to accommodate our party with extremely short notice, two waitresses on staff, whom were wonderful, and with many other patrons in their space. The food was excellent and I would 10/10 recommend the Pickle Factory!

I had called the resteaunt over a month prior to see if they would be able to accommodate a party of 30 and at a specified time. I was told by Jill they do not take reservations but it would be no problem and we could sit outside on the patio with tables pushed together or we could have it inside but not all my guests would be seated near each other. I chose the outdoor option as I wanted my guests seated near each other. I called one week prior to double check that things were still going to be fine with my dinner party and my phone call was not returned until 3 days prior to the event. Jill stated during the call that they werent sure if they would be able to accommodate our party now due to staffing and seating would come as first come first serve even though I called one month prior. On the day of the event some of my family showed up to the restaurant early to get seating and possibly discuss seating inside. They were told by the manager they didn't have the staffing to seat us inside and we're not allowed to wait inside for our party that they must wait in their cars despite it being less than 60º outside with a baby. When myself and my husband arrived after our wedding we were told there was a wedding and a dinner reception taking place that night and they could not accommodate us inside and we must sit outside. Im not sure how sitting outside vs inside resolves the staffing issues they claimed to have. We were also never told or offered heaters to be place on the patio. Either way im glad I did not have my wedding dinner here based off the food reviews. Not to mention the staff that claim they were accommodating were not. When asking for a manager due to lots of miscommunication I was given attitude before being told they were the manager. They did not try to rectify the situation by any means and basically said 🤷🏽‍♀️. I guess expecting seating when you're told you'll get it is asking too much. Staff we spoke with and my family spoke with were very snooty. I was warned about this prior to choosing this restaurant but chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. Won't be returning ever.

There were six of us last night for dinner. The food was disgusting. Then when I told our waitress she gave me a dirty look and walked away. Didn't even say she was sorry. Very unprofessional!!🤬

Zero starts should be an option. The food is absolutely disgusting. *See pictures below

We were so excited to try the food and wine at Villa Bellezza Winery & Vineyards. The wine tasted like vinegar and I didn’t finish my glass. All 3 of my friends tried it and found it equally disgusting.

As for the food, the chef’s nonna would be horrified. The chicken on the pizza was thrown on after the cheese was melted. Plus the chicken was cold! The pesto chicken sandwich and salad came out way before anyone else’s food and was less than memorable. The pasta dish I had could have been better if it was a frozen meal from a box. One of my friends has food allergies and couldn’t eat because everything had cheese or nuts already mixed in. Everything was made ahead of time and they could NOT accommodate. She was not able to eat.

Olive Garden would have been a better choice ?

Day of “service”, October 6, 2024, we elected to sit outside and had to order at the register. It looks like an upscale restaurant but it’s not. Is a gorgeous establishment, but the food and wine is a disgrace to Italian cuisine.

Lovely atmosphere. Good pizza and good wine for Minnesota. They were a little staunch in their position of limited service, like bringing us a pizza we intended to share and then telling me where to go get plates when I asked for them (instead of getting the plates for us, which she easily could have done). That was off-putting. We were also given 4 crackers for a whole cheese plate, which seemed stingy and impractical. When we asked politely for more crackers, a server said she wasn't sure she was allowed to bring more and that she needed to check. She didn't come back to bring us crackers or tell us it wasn't possible till we finally flagged her down. She said that no, she wasn't allowed to bring more crackers (!!). I told her I really would have appreciated her coming back sooner to tell us. She gave us a pile of excuses, which wasn't helpful or comforting. This whole cracker experience left a very bad taste in our mouths about the whole winery visit.

Amazing grounds that transport you to Sonoma. Good quality local wine with expert employees and full service restaurant. Beautiful and a great place to stop on a fall road trip down the river.

Attended the pasta class. Participation was minimal, one small table with two pasta makers for 21 people. Sauces were already made and the other ingredients were already in the pan. Made tortellini but we were not told what the filling was. The Chef said the only two people who mixed the ingredients would know what they were and he was correct. The Recipes were the chefs from the Betty Crocker Italian Cookbook. Small plate of food when plenty of additional food was returned to the kitchen. Get there early for a good seat. The last couple that came didn't get to sit together. In the end we did learn how to knead and make pasta.

Awesome location with great wine and an affordable tasting. Walking out the back door felt like stepping into Italy. We had to remind ourselves we were still in Wisconsin.

The smoked salmon pesto was full of flavor. Thought it was small for the price but it was filling. My wife had the tortellini mushroom pasta and enjoyed it very much. The wine was also very good.

Gorgeous wedding venue. Well kept grounds outdoors and amazing attention to maintain the buildings.

This place absolutely struggles with communication in all aspects. Service was terrible and they ran out of nearly all of their food. I was told 40 minutes after ordering their pasta salad that they were out of it… the only thing they have going for them is their wine. Save the trip and just purchase it at the liquor store if you can!

Great vineyard along the Mississippi River Wisconsin-side. Feels very Italian with great food options and is dog-friendly on patio.
