Food and service were great last night. My steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and my wife loved her salmon.
While other restaurants overly inflated their prices, Brown's still offers a great tasting, high quality steak dinner at an affordable price.
Their cheesecake is also the best around. Best tasting and they don't skimp on the portion.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting a charming spot in Wisconsin during a fishing trip, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, We were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel like a cherished local. Jim and his wife truly embody the spirit of their establishment, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home.
The food was exceptional—each dish crafted with care and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that they take pride in their menu, offering a delightful variety that caters to all tastes.
A special shout-out to Emily, the bartender, who not only kept our glasses full but also entertained us with her engaging personality and stories. Her energy added a vibrant touch to our experience, making it all the more enjoyable.
Overall, this hidden gem is a must-visit for anyone in the area. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return next year. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!

This was such a great experience. We came here with a group of eight as part of an ongoing celebration and had a blast. The food was very good and there was a lot of it. Nothing really disappointed (although the tips over mashed were on the salty side). The atmosphere was about what you'd expect, casual and inviting. What really stood out was the service - we were checked on often and the waitress was fun and extremely helpful. I believe a co-owner also checked in with us at one point which was thoughtful. When one of our group spilled a drink, which we should have expected, the staff was very accommodating and we were able to just carry on having a great time. Overall the drinks were also excellent. Many old fashioneds were enjoyed. I can't recommend this spot enough. Early on we were considering River's Edge west of Marinette but it was absolutely worth it to make the short drive to Peshtigo for Brown's Corner.

From The time we walked in till the time we left was two hours. Dining room, very plain and ordinary looking. Our meal came in shifts 5 to 10 minutes in between each other first our salad, then I waited 10 minutes for my soup. Then our meal came out , and my steak was supposed to be medium rare and came out so extremely rare. Sent it back and then it tasted like reheated meat. The twice baked potato was not good either. The steak meal was taken off the bill but was still charged for the mushrooms and onions , which I don’t understand why I’m paying that when I didn’t eat the meal . , which I don’t understand why I’m paying that when I didn’t eat the meal we were sat as a couple In between two large groups of tables with extremely loud people at one, and the other one had small children at, we could not even hear each other talk. When you’re celebrating something special, this was not the environment we wanted to be in, which was a shame. It is what it is lesson learned. To say the positive the baked French onion soup was amazing.

However we did see someone else get it and it looked better. Our server wasn't very good she was kind of rude and didn't seem to care about the job. My chicken was very good and soups were excellent. I would say the worst item was the Carrot Cake. it wasn't a cake it was a cupcake and very dry. if I'm paying almost $7 for a desert I expect a piece of cake. and it said pecans and there was 1 piece just on the top. so he was very disappointed. but I had the peanut butter chocolate chip cheesecake and that was worth the money. We will be back for sure but I just wanted to be honest on what we received.

Fresh review cuz it's been a few years now. This is still one of the best places to eat in the area for sure. Between their steak and at this point "famous" baked French onion soup, there is little reason to go elsewhere. If that's what you're hungry for anyway. I'd also strongly consider trying that French onion even if you haven't always been a fan of French onions you have tried elsewhere. And if you are a big fan, this place might ruin the rest of them for you. Lol.

Your good old-fashioned supper club. Staff was friendly, food was very reasonably priced and delicious.Only downside was they ran out of prime rib but that is my fault for getting there later in the evening. Would go again.
