We were just inside the store Monday night after about 745 pm . The lady when we got up there said I’ll be right back, we said okay. She went in the office slammed the door and we could hear her yelling. We were going to leave. But finally guy went in the office and got her and she finally came out after about 10 minutes of this yelling. Should of went elsewhere if we knew this

Waited in line for over 30 minutes in the drive-through. No one came to the window push the button twice as it says to push the button even beep the horn after 40 minutes still, nobody came to help line of vehicles behind us. While a worker was leaning on the counter with her hand on her face, real professional will take my services elsewhere very disappointed.

I thought they used to have games here for kids to play. The staff wasnt friendly either. My husband dropped his sundae 🍨 and when we asked for a wet towel to clean it ip the girl looked at us like we were dumb and went back to doing whatever she was doing. Probably won't be going back.

Not a friendly place to go at all, as soon as my friends and i walked through the door we were getting attitude from the employees and one of the employees make a remark about “ how we were all going to get ice cream and it’s annoying “ mind you, you work at a ice cream shop 😂. and then i ordered a large soft serve ice cream dish and they gave me a small and then when my friend told them about it they just gave us attitude and said “ well i heard a small “ and didn’t even offer to give me a large like i asked for in the first place. but anyway just rude employees, don’t give you the correct size you ask for, and sometimes charge you double for food.

This was my first time visiting since they added a full breakfast dining experience and redid the inside of the restaurant, which BTW looks wonderful. If you have been there in the past I believe you can still get most of the same items as before, though I understand some things may not have survived the changes.
I ordered 2 apple pie pancakes with hash browns and cheese and onions (next time I'll see if they can cook the onions with) and it was delicious. The pancakes are huge so if you are not hungry I suggest ordering just 1.
As I stated earlier if you are willing to wait it's well worth a visit. Next time I'll be trying the Elvis pancake which has Nutella and bananas on it.

My biracial family didn’t not feel welcome from the time we walked in.. not friendly at all. the couple ahead of us was shocked how big their “one scoop” bowl of ice cream was that they needed to share. Meanwhile, we get our one scoop bowl and our daughter and nephews bowls were filled to the rim of the cup asking why they didn’t get that much?! Then tried to get double charged for 4 slime lickers. Sadly would not recommend!
