i’m giving this location 3 stars because i’ve been here maybe three times.. 2/3 experiences were poor. the drinks will lack flavor, or they will be made incorrectly. they are kind though, and did fix the mistake, just sort of annoying i have to turn around because something isn’t right.

I've been a part of multiple group orders here and most of the time the sandwiches are made with incorrect ingredients. I paid for extra cream cheese on a bagel sandwich and it arrived with no cream cheese twice in a row. They never mark which sandwiches are which so we have to open them all up and guess who's is who's. Other people on the orders have told me their sandwich or drinks were made with wrong ingredients too.

Poor Service. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, I got a toasted bagel with a container of cream cheese and knife in a bag. I paid to have the cream cheese spread on the bagel. That is how to make food. It's literally the job. If I order a breakfast sandwich, they don't expect me to assemble the sandwich out of parts in the bag, no difference for a bagel with cream cheese.

I lived about 2 minutes from Biggby for 2 years and have probably stopped there hundreds of times. Their drinks taste a lot more like coffee, rather than tasting like sugary milk like the big coffee chains. Their turkey havarti everything bagel is my absolute favorite quick breakfast. Would recommend Biggby to anyone.
Excellent coffee, bragel, and customer service. Will definitely be back.

Spent $9 on a latte that was watered down oatmilk. Disgusting! The cinnamon powder was on top, but missing the cinnamon syrup. Not sure if there was even espresso in it? All I taste is watered down oatmilk.
