I just shared a review for the Franklin location and I just HAD to add a review for this location as well. Staff was very friendly. Visiting this location just confirmed to me that Biggby has the nicest staff ever for a chain coffee shop. Coffee was fresh and delicious (as usual). And the bagels we orders came out PERFECT!! Super hot and fresh. Amazing

I am one to love a good coffee, but I usually have to have a breakfast sandwich or some kind of snack to go along with it. Biggby has the absolute best breakfast sandwiches!! I will drive here just to get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee on the side??? (The coffee is amazing too!)

This location is so much closer than driving to Franklin! The girls who I've seen in the morning are so nice, and that one girlie was absolutely slaying despite someone calling out sick and being all by herself.Coffee and other beverag options are really good for me (picky eater) but this is a place my coffee snob bestie and I can go to and still get what we want.There are two cool half booths with outlets that are pretty tempting to hang out to study.There is a drive thru, but it's very small, can fit like 3 cars max. Not a problem, but during busy hours there gets to be quite a car conga line and there really isn't space in the parking lot for it. But there is plenty of parking and I don't mind going in.Love you Biggby ❤️☕

I really hope to see this location gain traction. We love their coffee and the baristas are always welcoming. We visit about once a week on the way to practices and it feels like we know the best kept secret. Seriously, go out of your way and give it a try. We love the daily specials and after 4:00 deals too, they keep us going on busy nights running kids around!

First visit. I was the only person in the store with 4 employees. Made me wait for coffee while drive thru was serviced. ( which I was in store before any cars in drive thru lane). That was so off putting. Got my coffee and had the mindset that it would be worth the wait. Unfortunately not the case. This is a once and done place.
