True German and German speaking! Ich muss sagen, es ist wirklich richtig gut und so lecker! Komm mit und probiere dieses richtig gute deutsche Essen!

Great German food served outside in a little seating area by the lake. There can be a bit of a wait as the food is prepared but certainly worth the wait.
Food is phenomenal! First time I’ve ever tried schnitzel in my life and I’ll say it’s gonna be hard to top Bo’s Chicken Schnitzel…the Cheesy pretzel bites a must grab as well! Will definitely be back

Bo's Schnitzelbunker is the best hidden gem of Pewaukee. As someone who has grown up on German food, Bo's is some of my favorites. The food is amazing and so is their service. I've ventured to Bo's twice now, once in April and again a month ago. I anticipate many more trips in the future, especially at the Waukesha Oktoberfest this year. You cannot go wrong with ordering anything off their menu so give something new a try! We went to pick up our food in April and they were very busy but were so considerate as we were happy to wait for their quality food. Ordering this last time is a treat as I was renting a boat and sent a friend to pick up our food as it was ready so fast. Again, highly recommend, it's worth it.
Second time there. We stop before boating at the Freedom boat club. Authentic Schnitzel and delicious. The ketchup curry sauce is awesome. You can actually buy a jar. I forgot mine and Bo actually drove 3 miles to the Sunset grill and dropped it off for us. He went far and above most place would ever do by doing that.. We’ll be back
Stopped by for lunch. Staff was great help with the menu/recommendations. We sat out back by the water and they were kind enough to carry the food once ready around back for us. Had the create your own schnitzel sandwich with the potato salad. Potato salad was top notch. Excited to come back and try the curry wurst.
I often like to try new places to eat and found this one on DoorDash, ordered $50 something dollars worth of food and I think the best item I had was the ketchup, the pictures from the menu were deceiving, portions were small, the potato salad lacked any flavor, the curry wurst was tiny the fries were an embarrassing portion, their cheese pretzel was flavorless and if I had to give somewhere an award for the biggest disappointment after a half an hour drive just to try their food, this place would be it.

Six stars! Food was amazing, had a picnic lunch by the lake. We had the pork schnitzel platter, and the cheese pretzel. The side of kraut and potato salad were unique and delicious. Prices are very reasonable. This place is a gem for sure.
My family loves eating at Bo’s! We’ve eaten our way through most of the menu and everything has been delicious! The curry wurst takes me back to walking around Germany
The food is good and Mat is a nice guy. I usually get the pork schnitzel and curry ketchup. The curry ketchup makes it for me. I get lunch out once a week at lunch break and I’ve came here the past 3 weeks. When I think about the curry ketchup it’s a done deal. The potato salad is good to since I like dill
