Good homemade German food. A simple and quaint little restaurant.

Ordered schnitzel sandwiches and fries via GrubHub and was very disappointed. The fries were bland and a small portion for $5. The sandwiches were also way overpriced at $9, and the mustard had more flavor than the schnitzel.

Excited to make this a regular stop! I’ve been craving good Schnitzel and Currywurst since traveling Germany last summer. Schitzelbunker did not disappoint! Having Paulaner Sunset in the US was a treat as well! I am excited for the future of this business!

I finally tried Bo’s. I got a chicken schnitzel sandwich and it was fresh, hot ,and definitely looked hand breaded. The homemade ketchup was very good. I got potato salad as a side and it was fresh, tangy , and delicious. The owner was cooking and was very friendly. I highly recommend for take out!

Hot dog! This place is amazing. Great place to get two sandos and a beer at 11 in the morning. The dudes running the place are friendly and the food is incredible. The Doner Schnitzel will blow you away. Will be back.

The food is excellent! Authentic, fresh and affordable. I love the keto option and the sides are so, so good! We love to eat here after paddle boarding.

Wow! Sandwich was fantastic. I got the pork, and it was crispy, not greasy, and great taste. Potato salad was great as well. Very friendly and helpful owner! This place is a must visit in the area.

Bo’s Schnitzel Bunker is legit. The schnitzel is crispy, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients—no seed oils, just real beef tallow and lard. I had the pork schnitzel on a pretzel bun with Bo’s sauce and homemade pickles, and it hit the spot. The cucumber salad and seasoned fries were solid, too.

Bonus points: the owner is pretty hot.

Definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful authentic Schnitzel! We had sandwiches, but they also serve without bread. Sides are also good, with very generous portions. If you have a craving for good food with a German flair, I highly recommend it. On a nice day, they have a couple of picnic tables on the rear deck overlooking the lake.

Just tried the Schnitzelbunker for the first time tonight. Delicious food! We had schnitzel sandwiches with fries, the schnitzel tenders and pretzel. The seasoning in the schnitzel breading was amazing and the fries were just the right amount of spicy! Kids loved the schnitzel tenders and pretzel. The outdoor seating right on the lake was perfect for the family as we didn’t have to worry about the kids being too loud and they could watch the ducks on the lake. We were there while Taste of the Lake was happening around the corner so we had a short walk for parking, but it was still easy to park.
