My first experience here. I drove up to the drive thru and stopped in front the menu and looked it a bit. No one came onto the speakers to take my order so I pulled forward thinking maybe they will take my order at the window. When it became my turn at the window, an older gentleman looked at me and I told him, no one was on the speaker to take my order so I drove forward. His response was “so I guess I was talking to no one”. I offered to exit the line and pull back around and he told me not to. Instead, he very rudely took my order. Kept ending my order early, then I would have to ask for something additional, he would put it on the computer, tell me my total, then I’d have to tell him I wasn’t finished. He was incredibly rude. Even his female, very young, coworker was rolling her eyes at me, which didn’t make sense because I had offered to order like everyone else and they said no. I gave her my card to pay, she gave it back, then said “pull forward” and slammed the window shut. I pull forward and receive my food a little bit later. I pull away and realize they forgot some of my food. I didn’t even want to drive back and receive my missed item because of how rude they were. Not a good experience at all. The food was fine, nothing special.

Bubba’s double billed my credit card, and then told me they could not give me my money back!!! The lady running the cash register said it didn’t go through the first time, but my screen said it did. She told me to put my card in again, and promised it wouldn’t charge me twice. IT DID!! I showed them my credit card screen and it didn’t help. They wanted my name and told me to call back in 3 days and they would try to give it back to me then! Really!?!??? Why couldn’t they just give it back in cash, or credit my card??? But she said they couldn’t! I don’t live near here nor visit here very often. I went through two different managers who both were rude, and both said they could not give me my $16.25 back for the double charge!! I’m astounded that they would do this! Isn’t that theft?? My family was also freaked out. None of us will go there again.

I came for my birthday sundae and had a cheeseburger and soda with it, fantastic food, excellent sundae , I used to come here for years but I don't live close anymore but took a ride and happy I did, front counter ladie was very polite and keeps all clean including counter, condiment area and tables, highly recommend checking out the place and sit back and enjoy

We went to grab some dinner. I got the deep fried mushroom and swiss without ranch, 2 mozzarella sticks, and a 2 scoop hot fudge sunday. My partner got pulled pork sandwich, french fries, and a 2 scoop carmel cashew sunday. We both thought the sandwiches were good. The fries and mozzarella sticks were old and cold. The sundays were half melted. I hope your experience is better than ours.
