I have been coming here since it opened many years ago, and I keep coming back. Out of all the BW3's in our area, this one is by far the best. Tonight Ben and his staff were awesome as usual. Thanks to Ben, Kate and everyone behind the scenes.

We have came to this location a lot of times over the years…never have we had a server like the one we had yesterday for lunch! Jena H was our server and you can immediately tell she knows what she is doing, we haven’t seen her at this location before so we asked her if she was new, and to our surprise she was! She told us she’s been in the service industry for 10 years, and man can you tell! Best service we’ve ever had at any restaurant!! If you want spectacular service make sure she’s the one taking care of you!! As a former server myself I love getting great service, and it’s extremely hard to find these days!! Thank you for your amazing service Jena! You’re doing amazing!!

Fresh food! And a wonderful lady at the register! The food didnt take long and it was so good I had to eat some before leaving with my carry out order lol im happy to say that ill be coming to this location only. Great job everyone there!

Arrived to grab some dinner and to watch some football. Was seated in less than 5 min but then sat for 25 min with none of the servers and manager even acknowledging my existence. walked out without even being stopped or question as to what the issue was.

Ordered wings, cheese curds, and onion rings, totaling just under $50. Half of the wings had very little sauce on them. Cheese curds alright portion, but $10 for 6 onion rings??? Just sad how this place is going downhill.

Food is awesome here. My only complaint is that ALL STAFF seem to be totally incapable of ringing up the order correctly EVERY TIME I eat here. So that is a management issue.

My all American cheese burger was inedible. Patties over cooked and way overly salted. Took two bites and that was it for me .. and had to spit it out… like I just ate a teaspoon of salt. The tater tots seemed like they were under a heat lamp for too long… over cooked and extra hard.… I ordered through door dash… sorry guys… you gotta know.

So most of the bartenders are great but every few months they hire a new one that is just off as heck, but those ones don’t seem to last longer than a few months thankfully. I have to give it three stars because it’s always a mixed bag coming here. More often than not, and especially during the day, as soon as you walk in, it smells like dirty dish water. Waiting for a host is usually about 5 minutes every time, which is why I have taken to start sitting at the bar instead. Most waiters are good, but there is a few times I’ve gone and the waiter had really dirty fingernails. Doesn’t make you very hungry! Also sitting at a table you wait A LOT. wait for a waiter, waiting for them to Check on you, etc., which is another reason I’ve chosen to just go to the bar instead. The food is usually good. But two times out of five the wings have little sauce, and the fried foods are not fried very well. I want to like this place so bad because the usual bartenders are awesome, but every thing else needs work.

You can go ahead and give this place a pass. I had the wings which were tough and dry. Service while pleasant enough was excruciatingly slow. Not worth the time.
