Ordered 10 traditional wings, fries, and a drink. All items were checked off by their quality control. Received 20 assorted wings in 4 different flavors. No fries. And the drink was a Pepsi. I ordered a mountain dew. I doubt I'll be back. There are plenty of other options for wings locally. Waste of money.
I ordered from this restaurant on teacher appreciation week. Being a teacher I wanted to use their discount. I order a bogo deal over the phone and was assured that I could get the 20% discount if I brought in my school id. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told I couldn't use the discount with the bogo deal. I'm not upset that they wouldn't let me use the discount, I'm upset that I was lied to, I would have been fine if they would have told me when I was ordering that I couldn't use the discount on the order but that wasn't the case. I have a lot of options of places to go that will honor a teacher's discount this week, but now I feel like I wasted an opportunity to use it because I didn't want to elsewhere and wait for my order to be made.

My friend and I were out for a bite to eat after a long day of work and all we wanted was food. What seemed to be like a good time turned into a nightmare. We were met but a young gentleman named Logan, he had an attitude and demanded we order more than water. When we finally got to pay and saw we added a 15% tip instead of 20% he grabbed my friends credit card and demanded a higher pay.
One sandwich came to table quick the other sandwich to 35-40 minutes to get to table . Manager took 25% of that sandwich of the bill.
Today I purchased $70 worth of traditional wings. To my surprise the wings were dry. I mean the parmesean and garlic wings are never dry. I frequented this place a lot in the past, and I have never experienced dry buffalo wings. I thought they had methods in place for food consistency--so disappointing.
I have frequented this location numerous times. I ordered 6 traditional wings. They were all as small as my pinkie finger. The waiter agreed, but said he can't do anything about it. My fries came out cold. Very disappointed as this location used to be my favorite.
I stood for a half hour waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. The only reason someone came is because I called and they came to answer the phone. I understand what it’s like to be short staffed but it was not busy enough that customers should wait over a half hour for someone to even take your order etc. No apology by the young thing just “We only have 1 cashier” Hmm cashiers are supposed to be ringing up customers not playing with the bus boys in the back room
Something was WRONG with the honey bbq boneless I had yesterday. So disgusting and I’ve been eating that flavor for 20 years . Errror on your part maybe fried wings too long?

Ordered from the website for take out, email stated it would be ready for pickup at 610pm, got there at 611.... left with my order at 635. Food was as expected so no issues there. The take staff looked completely miserable, perhaps customer service is not their niche.
This is kind of the worse location EVER !
My mango habanero wings were drenched at the bottom and i was missing 1 wing -
They must have poured half the bottle in there or either licked the wings or mopped the floor with it and wanted to hide it with all the sauce

For takeout - *** CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING ***
Super disappointed. I ordered takeout - 20 boneless wings with 4 different sauces. I guess *I* made the huge mistake of not checking my order before driving home. When I got there, I realized all 4 sauces were missing. I drove 25 min round trip back to get them. Fine, people make mistakes, and I got my sauce, but... hey, pro tip: offer something to customers when that happens. It was an inconvenience and I told y'all so. You couldn't even throw me a free appetizer? Am I supposed to ASK and come off like the jerk here? Do you only do that when people are mean?
Guess what - either way - free stuff will encourage me to try again. Nothing will make that far less likely.

Very little positive about our Sunday early afternoon visit to this location. The restaurant was at about 30% capacity, and it seemed to be the same for their staff. There was a Packers game at our time of visiting, so I expected them to be ready for customers. We were greeted by an unhappy seater and waited about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Those of us who ordered wings had few complaints, but one in our party ordered nachos (pictured) with burnt chips with little cheese, and the dish itself along with the fries were cold. Not to mention her drink was wrong. Added to the increasing prices it's difficult to justify patronizing this location. We won't be returning anytime soon.
