Huge shout out to Casa Tequila in West Bend for my experience tonight. My 2.5 year old son had a puking incident there and the staff were all so kind. Our waitress, other waiters/waitresses in our area, and the woman who came over to help clean things up were so wonderful and also so nice to my son. No one looked disgusted or irritated. It was just amazing. The service is always great there, and same with the food. Thank you Casa Tequila West Bend, I will never forget your kindness in a stressful situation.

Restaurant itself is large and open and out server was very nice. The salsa was good and so was the cheese dip. Unfortunately had some issues with the seafood the shrimp had a terrible smell we ended up sending it back, the chipotle sauce for the fish tacos was not good and the fish itself tasted a little off.

Been coming to this restaurant for many years. Food is generally great but the service is terrible. The last 3 times we went the waitress/waiter never came back to ask how everything was. Today I was the only person in there except for 2 people at the bar. The adult waiter is RUDE as well. I'm done patronizing this establishment. Very poor customer service!

People were mean and terrible, recent news also showed that they underpaid workers and stole money from them in which case seems possible when I ate there 2 days ago. They are very unorganized as they had many parties and no room to put them and just put tables down randomly. Not only that, but the one in waukesha etc are doing many illegal things again such as underage serving and having a lot of underage kids drinking, Even on the job.

I had a terrible experience arriving at this place... I ordered takeout and when I arrived I decided to have a michelada. The woman who was going to charge me had to move at the moment she was charging me, but she had already given me a total and a waiter came to charge me and issued the charge... but when she served me the michelada and she said that I can't, she had charged me. at the beginning when he had already included it because he charged me 9 dollars more than what the woman had told me at the beginning... I didn't tell her anything, I paid it again... I hope those 9 dollars are useful to you, but maybe it takes up more time than me... but those things bother me... thank you.

BOGO margaritas on Monday is great!! Food was really good, service was good. Only problem was after being there my credit card was hacked. I hadn't used the card in several days and it seemed kinda fishy that after being there it was hacked
