I arrived at CFA in Pewaukee at 4:40. I ordered 2 cobb salads, 2 8 piece nugget entrees & 2 medium lemonades. At the time that they took my money there was only 1 car behind me. They asked me to pull around front & park in a drive-tnru space. It took like what seemed to be forever for them to bring 2 lemonades, 2 salads & 2 chicken nuggets. After they brought out my order I drove back around the drive thru 2 get 2 avocado lime ranch dressings. I ended up behind a guy who was waiting at the window for what looked like food for 6 people. Need I remind you that I was asked to park to wait for food for 2 people! The guy in front of me who was not asked to park had a salad, 2 kids meals, a bag full of food, ice cream and a full drink carrier. Mind you there were @ least 4 cars in line at the time. The only items that were satisfying were the lemonades. The chicken nuggets were shriveled & dry. $40 worth of food that was mediocre at best .The store number is 03859 & the cashier's name was Greg. I'm disappointed with CFA Pewaukee.

Ordered the #1 meal with Colby Jack cheese and it was even on the ticket, but I got cheddar cheese instead on it. Also, the fries weren’t hot at all.

I go to Chick-fil-A at least twice a month, so it goes without saying I love their food. I frequent other locations, and today was my first time visiting the Pewaukee store. It was so disappointing. The 12 count nuggets were dark, cold and there were 4 pieces that were just burnt edges that should not have counted towards 12. The deluxe sandwich was clearly reheated/microwaved as the lettuce was brown and wilted and the bun was hard. My regular chicken sandwich had an odd aftertaste. There's a chance it's bad, but that might also be from reheating. Overall, I would recommend Chick-fil-A, but stay away from this location. 2 stars because the side salads and fries seemed okay.

I called the store to report the chicken was dry/ old and more importantly the potato rings tasted awful. Everything had this horrible aftertaste. I called and spoke to whom they said was a manager however he stated it was a maintenance issue. I have worked in restaurants that serve fried items so I’m familiar with this rancid taste. I told them that they need to change the grease and clean their fryer. I also reported this to the corporate office and they tried to tell me seeing as I ordered from DoorDash and not the chick-fil-A app that I needed to complain to DoorDash which makes absolutely no sense because DoorDash delivered the food they didn’t prepare the food so how are they responsible. $40 wasted I’ll never order again from this location the food and service I have experience are just not worth it.
Long drive through line moved very quickly and our whole family got our food fresh, hot, and delicious.
