Bad customer service . Employees treated me as a criminal because I had a MasterCard cc and no Visa , I did not see any sign that says that Costco ONLY accepts Visa, and even if it says they could advise me in a nicer way. The lady who was checking me out , was rude telling me she did not understand me (because I have an accent) . No need to be rude with people !

I have always thought that Costco was a clean, well-run store and it is a pleasure to shop there. Now, it is even more clear that this is the place to shop. This is a store that cares about its workers and its customers! Right from the start of this crisis, I saw that Costco was a leader in putting practices in place to stem the spread of Covid-19. Since someone without symptoms can spread the virus and shoppers and employees go home to their families, their mask policy is probably saving many lives. Thank you, Costco!

I really like the food department. The fruit section offers a great selection of seasonal fruits. Also, they have a nice variety of cheeses. I shop here whenever we are entertaining. However, I think they need to talk to the food demo people as it is common to go through the store and the samples are all gone. The demo workers wait until the tray is empty before refilling, and they are not in any hurry to refill the empty trays. Today, I really wanted to taste the burge
Great bargains on meat, but you’re going to get fat, everything is severely oversized. Check the hours before you come though, they close pretty early on weekdays.

I have been a member for years and never knew you had air service for tires. Juan was amazing! -3 degrees outside and he was so friendly and giving great customer service even though it was so bitter cold!
My son and husband were looking for the Transformer BumbleBee Remote control car. Tyler from the Pewaukee location was extremely helpful and got us some before the toys were to be shipped out. We are really grateful for the great customer service at Costco!

I'm normally a big Costco advocate, but I been very disappointed with the Tire Center at the Pewaukee, WI location. I ordered my tires online, where it was noted the store would contact me when they arrived. The tires arrived 5/1 and by 5/4 I still had not been notified. I called the store today 5/4 ( first time I was able to get anyone at the Tire Center to answer, we tried several times on 4/28). My tires were there and it was only on a first come first serve basis to get t

Yesterday my husband, baby and I dropped my car off to get two new tires because I had a flat. We headed to the food court to eat while we were waiting because our fridge at our apartment was broken and we wouldn't get a new one until Thursday. While my husband was walking to our table he dropped my brat. The Manager kindly got us a new one. We were so impressed and thankful. Then about 30 minutes later we got a call from the automotive Center saying that there was a nail in my tire and that they could fix it for $11 and refund us the price of the tires. We were thrilled, we didn't even think to see if the tire could be fixed. We have always loved Costco but yesterday we were so impressed by the outstanding customer service!!!

Over a year later and still the worst service at check out. Cashiers never pack the carts. Better off going to any other location. Avoid this one, they don't care.
